Our restaurant is an ode to Mother Nature, Grandma Rosa and her garden, species-appropriate livestock farming and local producers. In our Stube dining parlour, we serve simple, authentic and delicious mountain produce. We are guided by a holistic concept of cuisine that goes far beyond the all-too common “we serve only filets” madness. For us, the restaurant is a meeting place: People come together here in the dining halls and on the terrace.
