A patterned green door opens to reveal low lighting, period lampshades and velvet upholstery. Ancient wooden panelling, a dresser, and family heirlooms. Andrea Fenoglio seems never to run out of his creative vein, which he displays in his restaurant "Sissi" in front of the Prince’s Castle behind the Lauben arcades. His latest menu "Settepiatti" is certainly to be tried. His cuisine is a lively one, always with an eye to the playful aspect, rich of interesting sparks without forgetting the courses more related to tradition, reinterpreted in a modern key. Great attention is paid to the choice of products, always the real main characters. The informal though ever accurate service creates a cosy atmosphere up to the point of often giving the impression of being at home. Five hundred different wines on the list, twenty of them offered even at the glass and always at a more than decent price. This restaurant is an ideal choice for a quality quick lunch as well.

Kuppelrain is framed by trees and shrubs, you will find us directly at the small cozy station of Castelbello which has been modernized lately. Our proven team is still from Chef Jörg Trafoier and sommelier Sonya. Since the spring of 2013, is son Kevin Trafoier in the kitchen next to the stove and Jörg has his own style complements the creative dishes of our house and further developed. For some time, daughter Natalie Trafoier is now fully entered the family business. As a trained pastry chef and Patissière can expand our extensive range in our Bistrot perfect.
