In the restaurant at Hotel Pider, we offer refined cuisine that celebrates Ladin tradition and the culinary excellence of Italy. We use fresh, local ingredients such as mountain cheese, speck, and wild mushrooms to create authentic and flavorful dishes. Our specialties include "Cajinci t'ega," ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, and "Turtres." Our chef also prepares delicious Mediterranean dishes like homemade pasta and grilled meats. The restaurant, with its cozy and rustic ambiance, provides an intimate setting where you can savor every bite in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.

Our restaurant "Trattoria with grill" offers a pleasant comfortable ambience. The choice of top quality products and the preparation of grilled venison, fish and grilled meat, following Ladin and Mediterranean recipes, makes the "Trattoria with grill" a known and appreciated restaurant.

In our restaurant, we offer the possibility of organizing various types of parties and weddings. During the summer and winter season we offer a Ladin dinner once a week, featuring the specialties of our little valley. The restaurant lies at the beginning of the “Natural Park Fanes-Senes-Prags“, has a wonderful sun terrace and offers traditional cuisine. During the Christmastime, dinners are available upon reservation from 6.30 pm to 8 pm.

Our kitchen is principally based on traditional dishes of the ladin cuisine of South Tyrol. Typical ingredients as potato, barley, meat, milk products are utilized in the local recipes, using high quality products of South Tyrol. For many years, we have included gourmet dishes created from star cooks. Their recipes have given our kitchen a creative evolution.

Our cocktail bar with a unique and surprising character. You will be surprised by the location, for its delicate extravagance and the view of the Dolomites, and you will be conquered by our refined collection of gin, by the unusual proposal of cocktails, but, above all, by the passion of our barman. He does not mix ingredients already prepared, but first of all he creates them: a long list of homemade products that are created by the processing of fresh fruit and spices. Then, as an alchemist, he combines these ingredients into unique and complex cocktails that bear his signature. And if you can’t choose, just let him know your tastes, he will create a cocktail uniquely yours.

Our bar lies in a very calm position, near to the various starting points of the most famous excursions and walking paths.

For those who have known us for many years, our restaurant at Passo Campolongo is truly a must-visit! The strudels and polenta with venison from Senior Albina have become legendary in the Dolomites Passes. Anyone who has had the chance to taste them fondly remembers their flavor, texture, and aroma. The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes.
