In summer you can spend delicious moments outside in our garden or on the outdoor terrace. Our specialities are traditional Ladin and Tyrolean dishes and excellent grilled cuts of meat. To best accompany the dishes, you will find a varied wine cellar with more than 300 local, national and international labels. Adlerkeller is suitable for both families, who prefer secluded tables, and couples, who want romance and tranquillity, as well as groups of friends, who want to spend a lively time in good company. We don't serve gourmet cuisine because we love the authenticity of local flavors. We offer typical Ladin and Italian dishes that reflect tradition. We serve smiles and warmth. In our restaurant at Passo Campolongo, you'll find delicious dishes of local venison with polenta, spinach casunziei with melted butter and smoked ricotta, Spätzle in all varieties, hearty barley soup with tirtle, and tasty dumplings made according to tradition. The Rifugio I Tablà is located at 2040 meters above sea level between La Villa, Corvara, and San Cassiano, in the heart of the Alta Badia area. We offer a bar and a restaurant with a beautiful sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing after summer hikes or winter skiing. Our products are carefully selected to offer you genuine dishes. There are always traditional dishes, but you will also find creations from Michelin-starred chefs and dishes skillfully prepared by our own chefs. You can also discover interesting wine labels in our wine list. In summer, we offer a playground and host animals such as goats, rabbits, chickens, and quails, making the visit even more special for our young guests. In the kitchen of our hotel in La Villa, you can feel the love for fresh, regional products and the passion for fine cuisine from Chef Erich (owner of Hotel Ciasa Tamà). In the evening, various menu options are offered, combining typical Ladin and South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international cuisine.
