The Gardenacia plateau, on the edge of the Puez - Odle Natural Park, is a typical alpine mountain landscape that offers panoramas of rare beauty. It can be reached both in summer and in winter with the homonymous chairlift starting from La Villa.
In the summer, a freeride MTB track descends from the Gardenacia highplane and numerous excursions leave near the chairlift, some of which are also suitable for families with children. A few minutes from the base station of the chair lift there is also the attack of the via ferrata Les Cordes, a via ferrata restored along an ancient path which was used until a few decades ago by the farmers of the area to bring the animals to the pasture on the Gardenacia highlands.
In winter, the area around the Gardenaccia chair lift is much loved by both locals and guests in the area. The plateau, immersed in its snow blanket, is ideal for ski mountaineering and snowshoeing and from the chair lift two perfectly prepared slopes descend (one blue and one red) connecting the area with the La Crusc ski area in Badia.
