During the colourful autumn, families interested in nature learn in a playful way about the forest and its inhabitants together with a biologist on a walk around St. Magdalena: Which trees grow in Villnöss valley? Which animals can we observe in the forest? You will learn lots of exciting things about the forest through games, searching for clues and interesting materials. After visiting the marble world and taking a short stroll through the marble village, you will be culinary tempted during the chocolate and praline tasting.

The guided hike starts in Innerratschings, from there we hike to Flading. There, we learn about the legendary sorcerer Pfeifer Huisele and take a short detour to the panoramic viewing platform, which is reached after a 15-minute uphill walk. Before heading back, we stop for a break at the inn "Schölzhornhof." On the way back, we meet Karin, a local herbal expert, who introduces us to the healing and culinary benefits of the most important roots. Afterwards, we get a chance to visit her garden. As a little souvenir, Karin prepares a small root-based product for everyone to take home. From there, it’s just a short walk back to our starting point. Duration: approx. 5,5h

Experience the fascinating world of the mill tradition and discover the craft of bread baking at the Pichlerhof in Antholz Obertal. Our event begins with an expert guided tour of the historic mill, during which you will learn about the milling process and how flour is made from grain. Afterwards you can look over the baker's shoulder: from kneading the dough to taking the fragrant bread out of the oven. Combine culture, history and culinary craftsmanship in an unforgettable experience.

Some things are worth an early rise, even on holiday. You will be rewarded with the unique experience of an Alpine sunrise. We will take the cable car to reach an altitude of 2,000 metres and set off in the dark, experiencing how the new day arises from the silence of the night one step at a time. After an easy hike (approx 40 minutes, 130 meters elevation gain) to the Steinermandl panoramic platform, we will savour the magical moment when the first sun rays bathe the mountains in their bright light. This easy hike takes you to a farm in the idyllic hamlet of Pein, where you will prepare a farmhouse pizza together with farmer's wife Johanna and bake it in the stone oven. Johanna will also explain how she makes mozzarella and will certainly let you taste some of her homemade products. On the way back, you will visit Martha and her little ‘Ladile’ (farm shop). She will tell you about her products and how she processes all kinds of herbs into teas and tinctures.

We will meet up in the centre of Spinges and start our hike to the Opera 24 bunker. On our way there, we will have the chance to learn intriguing details about the builder of the Holy Sepulchre Chapel (1685) and the historical and artistic heritage of the local parish church and its small museum. We will also find out about the way of life in an 18th century farmer’s parlour, and why 400 people were burnt alive in a local farmhouse. The highest point of our hike is a bunker in Mussolini’s Alpine Wall, where we will learn about its history before enjoying a picnic on site. In the event of adverse weather, we will skip the hike. Waldgries was first mentioned in a document in 1242. Today Christian Plattner leads the wine estate with enthusiasm and success in the 3rd generation and gives his wines a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Unique is the wine path "Zeit in Waldgries", where the visitor learns a lot of interesting facts about the winery and the daily work. After an impressive film screening, we’ll cycle together from Laas/Lasa through Tarnell up to the fascinating Göflan/Covelano marble quarry (approx. 1,300 metres of elevation gain).
