Immerse yourself in the wonderful world of the honey bee. Together with beekeeper Michael you will open a beehive at one of his traveling stands, watch the watch the busy little bees at work and learn learn all kinds of interesting facts about them. The crowning glory is a tasting of various honey of various honey products. Photographs and videos may be taken at the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The recordings may be used and published on websites, in social networks and in the media in compliance with data protection regulations.

Mountain hike, starting from Flading (1,485m), via trail no. 30 to the Gleckalm (2,265m - not serviced). The first part of the ascent takes us through predominantly wooded terrain via the so-called Stiegen up to the altitude of the Klammalm. This is followed by a short, flatter section before we tackle the second altitude level. Passing the impressive Gleckbach waterfall, we quickly gain altitude. Another beautiful waterfall, which flows into a deep basin, can be seen at the top of the second altitude step. After reaching the ridge, the plateau of the Gleckalm opens up with great views. Take a picnic break here or at the nearby Gleckalm mountain hut. The return route follows the ascent path in the upper section and then leads us to the Klammalm, where a stop for refreshments is planned. We then descend to Flading via trail no. 12. Total distance: 9.2 km Ascent altitude: 780 m Total duration: 7 hours (including breaks) Difficulty: challenging - short, slightly exposed sections, surefootedness is required, good physical condition is essential. Experience a breathtaking e-bike tour from Sterzing up to the high alpine natural paradise of Pfitsch - one of the last untouched valleys in South Tyrol. Together with a local guide, you will discover hidden places, enjoy the fresh mountain air and reach the impressive Pfitsch waterfall as the highlight. There you can dangle your feet in the ice-clear glacier water while exciting stories about the surrounding area are told. Who is it suitable for? This tour is aimed at anyone who wants to actively experience nature. Children under the age of 10 can be taken along, provided they are transported in a trailer (available for rent at the Outdoor Center). The tour starts at the Ratschings valley station in front of the Rent and Go bike rental. We follow the Pfeifer Huisele path along country lanes and forest roads towards the Klammalm. From here onwards, the technical riders are in their element. The trail towards Wumblsalm has it all. This is followed by a short descent across meadows before a partly challenging section leads to the highest point of the tour, the Wasserfalleralm. Here we enjoy a long break with good food. Strengthened, we follow a fantastic panoramic trail to the Rinneralm. The last few kilometers are downhill on the toboggan run back to the starting point. Length: approx. 22 km Elevation gain: approx. 840 m Difficulty: intermediate (technically demanding sections and some hike-a-bike segments) Registration only from the age of 15.

Hike along the Stocknertal Trail and Panorama Trail to the mills (including a guided tour) and the earth pyramids. On the way back, visit a local farm shop (Milla Ladile) with product tasting. Experience an exciting day in nature on a family-friendly hike through Terenten. You will walk along the panoramic trail that leads to the circular mill path, taking you to the historic grain mills. There, a local farmer will welcome you and provide fascinating insights into the traditional craft of milling and the history of the region. Along the way, you’ll pass the impressive earth pyramids—unique natural monuments formed in 1837 after a severe storm. To round off the day, you'll visit a small but charming farm shop, where you can discover and taste handmade, healthy products. This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. There, you can enjoy a guided tour of the cheese museum and a tasting of the finest cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. Easy 40-kilometre tour with an elevation gain of approx. 600-800 metres. The price includes the hire of the electric mountain bike, helmet and the guided tour and tasting at the Capriz cheese dairy. An exciting, informative and entertaining circular hike in a culturally rich settlement area rich with a visit to the rustic farm Ausluger (12th century) and its charming farm shop where you can buy the farm's own products which are produced under the seal of quality "Roter Hahn" from 100% regional production. In a short bus ride we sustainably reach the beautiful market town of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo (810m/starting point). On partly unmarked unknown paths, walking through meadows and forests, accompanied by beautiful views of Brunneck/Brunico and the Rieserferner group, we cross the Onsberg (939m) and reach the farm "Ausluger", including a visit to the rustic farm, located in the idyllic village of St. Martin/San Martino. After our stay we pass the village characterized by the striking Michelsburg and farms and reach the western end of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo. In the face of the imposing Sonnenburg/Castelbadia we hike to the beautiful village of the same name (830 m). An exciting traverse under the Sonnenburger Kopf (937) through the "Hazelnut Tunnel" awaits us. With a magnificent view over the valley widening of St. Lorenzen/San Lorenzo we reach the last section of the hike. This leads us along the rushing Rienz back to the starting point. Kid's programme every Thursday in the summer months July and August. Children and their parents are invited to a small round trip around Tramin-Termeno with fun and entertainment. Alberto or Patrick will show kids of all ages how to know nature with al five senses. The excursion will end at the garden of castle Rechtenthal. For Tramin guests for free. Minimum of two persons. During the treasure hunt in the great outdoors, we learn all kinds of interesting facts about the different breeds of cows in South Tyrol, why a cow produces milk and how butter used to be made. As we continue our walk to the Kneipp area, we go in hunt of dairy products and finally get to shake and taste butter ourselves. Who can solve the exciting quizzes and follow the trail of the treasure hunt? We then visit the animals on the farm and finish with a delicious yogurt ice cream.

Explore the world of stones together. The Pfitsch Valley near Sterzing is rich in such treasures. Good footwear, a backpack with provisions, and warm clothing are required! Bus: Vipiteno 8.15 - S. During a herbal walk, we learn about the most important local plants and their uses. We then make a tincture and an oil extract with plant material under instruction. We then use these extracts to make various products together (e.g. lip balm, insect bite roller, ointment ...). Afterwards, the participants can take home 1 product of each of the treasures they have made (with the corresponding instructions for production and recipe). This easygoing tour starts in St. Sigmund and winds its way through the Puster Valley towards Mühlbach. Calm waters, gentle currents, and a few small rapids make for an enjoyable ride with just the right touch of excitement. Perfect for beginners and families – enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel like a true rafting pro! Price: € 63 for adults and € 45 for children (5-14 years). Payment on site (cash payment).

The meeting point is the parking lot at the valley station of the Jochtal cable car in Vals. From there, we will drive together in private cars to the starting point of the hike at the Fane Alm. Carpooling can be arranged on site. Please note: Parking at the Fane Alm is subject to a fee. Wilde Kreuzspitze (3,134 metres) is the highest peak in the Pfunders mountains, and commands a breath-taking all-round view of the Zillertal Alps. From the meeting point, we will drive together to the starting point of our excursion, located by the Fane Alm car park (1,700 metres). From there, we will take the forest path that leads through the Valler Schramme gorge all the way to the Labesebenalm pasture (2,138 metres). This is where the climb to the Wildensee lake (2,580 metres) and on to the Rauhtaljoch saddle (2,807 metres) begins. From the saddle, a somewhat exposed trail will lead us to the Wilde Kreuzspitze peak (3,134 metres). The way back to the starting point is via Rauhtal to the Brixnerhütte hut. Refreshment points: Fane Alm huts, Labiseben Alm hut, Brixner Hütte hut Total walking time: approx. 7 hours, covering a distance of 18 km and 1,400 metres of elevation gain. Mount up, start cycling and head up high! This panoramic tour takes you from the valley station in Sterzing via Telfes to Sterzing's famous local mountain - the Rosskopf. You climb around 800 meters in altitude in a relaxed pace on a wide forest road, accompanied by a certified South Tyrolean bike guide. Once at the top, cozy huts, delicious South Tyrolean specialties (not included) and a magnificent view over the Isarco Valley to the Dolomites await you. The return journey takes you via the Telfer Almen or - if you prefer - by cable car. Difficulty: moderate Participants: minimum 3 and maximum 10 people Registration deadline until Monday 5:00 p.m.

The guided summit hike takes us from the Ratschings-Jaufen mountain station past the Wasserfaller Alm to the Rinnersattel. We reach the 2,331-metre-high Fleckner via the Jaufenkamm ridge. On the way back to the mountain station we pass the Äußere Wumblsalm and stop at the mountain hut Wasserfalleralm. This hike is only recommended for people aged 14 and over.
