From the 18th of October to the 8th of November 2025 local wines and great music will be the protagonists of the third edition of WineSounds on the Alto Adige Wine Road. The audience of the appendant concerts will be offered the musical performance and the chance to taste and enjoy a beautiful selection of wines in unique locations. For further information about the concerts, please visit: www.suedtirol.info/winesounds On Thursday, 6th November 2025, starting at 6.30 p.m., the unique Rock Cellar in Vadena will host an evening with music for harp and violin by the Duo Aurora and wines from the Laimburg Winery, which will be served in the underground tasting room carved into the rock. The Duo Aurora consists of two musicians who have been playing together for over 15 years: Christine Hübner on harp and Viktoria Gögele on violin. Thanks to the versatility of the harp and the elegance of the violin, they move with ease through classical and modern music, from J. S. Bach to film music. Over the course of the evening, selected wines from the Laimburg Winery will be served: to start, a white wine during an aperitif, and during the concert interval, a red wine accompanied by a traditional charcuterie board. A tasting wine and a guided tour of the impressive rock cellar, with its wine archive and archaeological finds, will round off the evening. 8 and 9 November 2025 the Touriseum at Trauttmansdorff Castle will play host to Meran’s fifth Vintage Market. Trauttmansdorff Castle will for the whole weekend be devoted to the idea of “vintage”. From 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day, selected market stalls will be offering collectors and browsers high-quality antique accessories ranging from sunglasses to hatboxes. The retro atmosphere will be complemented with live music and dancing from bygone eras as well as many other highlights.

On November 9th, the Zmailerhof offers a special lunchtime experience. Whether on the sunny terrace with its breathtaking views or in the cozy dining room, you’ll enjoy exquisite game dishes. (only in german and italian language) The farm, first mentioned in the 13th century as "Widum Baumannhof", once served the local parish with its large communal oven. Today, it stands for sustainable alpine farming and energy independence. From unfiltered apple juice – now award-winning – we moved on to traditional cider production. In 2012, climate change led us to experiment with wine at 1048 m altitude. Eleven grape varieties were tested, micro-vinified, and aged in amphorae and oak. Seven varieties remain, now grown and vinified as a field blend, fermented together in the old tradition. The result: mountain BIO wines full of character, freshness, and vibrant acidity – grown at 1048 meters.

GLASSIERHOF The term "GLASSIER", derived from the Latin word "CLAUSURA", was chiefly devoted to properties which, like the Glassierhof, were circumscribed from circular walls. The yard, edified in 1663 and since 9 generations in family property, is cultivated according to the organic farming principles (EWG 2092/91). In doing so, we take the line that quality has to be lived and breathed from the early start to finish, i.e. from cultivation to bottling. Oops – The Light and Music Show That Enchants When a little dreamer loses their balloon, a magical journey begins—through light, music, and boundless imagination. Oops is an immersive spectacle that transforms the façade of the Hofburg Brixen into a living canvas, brought to life by 10 powerful projectors. Accompanied by an original soundtrack from electronic music legend Giorgio Moroder, this visual journey invites audiences into fantastical worlds full of wonder and delight. Last year, ECM celebrated the release of yet another gem in its catalogue. Outpost of Dreams was reviewed by the press worldwide as a true masterpiece, once again paying tribute to and honouring the extraordinary performer Norma Winstone. Norma is truly a piece of modern jazz history. She approached jazz by listening to Ella Fitzgerald and Oscar Peterson on the radio, and in just a few years she became a true emblem of British jazz, her name long established in the pantheon of African-American music. There is no need to write about her talent and the beauty of her vocal introspection. Alongside her is Kit Downes, one of the best English pianists of recent decades. All this makes for a truly enchanting evening of delicacy, grace, elegance, intimacy, light, total intensity and rich creativity. The octogenarian Norma Winstone and the young Kit Downes demonstrate that there is no generation gap in music, but rather that the singer's rich experience and the pianist's fresh creative vein trigger a creative mechanism in which the incessant and equal dialogue between the two is capable of generating only grace and evoking a place where dreams find a voice, a tangible human dimension.

Fresh, authentic and open to anything that sounds different: Popcorner, a seven-piece ensemble from the Fassa Valley, is bringing new energy to the Ladin music scene. With an exciting mix of their own Ladin songs and international covers, they inspire with their youthful sound, strong voices and audible enthusiasm. Their first album, ‘Utar piata’, was recently released. Founded in 2023, Popcorner deliberately goes beyond mere cover versions: workshops on songwriting and music production have given rise to a new generation of Ladin pop music – modern, emotional and stylistically open. The name ‘Popcorner’ has a double meaning: ‘pop’ means ‘child’ in Ladin – but at the same time it is reminiscent of the pop music genre that forms the core of their style, and “corner” means ‘vagabond’ – a tongue-in-cheek allusion to their musical freedom.

They are the luminaries of a cappella dialect music, and for some, even the most beautiful boy band in the world. More than 12 years have passed since the vocal ensemble first moved out of their rehearsal room in Vienna's Hermanngasse to make the world a happier place with their enchanting dialect singing. Hundreds of concerts testify to their thirst for adventure and a healthy dose of pioneering spirit. They have already been nominated twice for the Amadeus Austrian Music Award. With a proudly displayed shyness, they sing their not-so-harmless lyrics, sparing no one. They have released five albums full of songs, many of which – such as Knedl, Wegana, Elektroradl and Alles Tango – have already achieved cult status. In autumn 2024, the new album SEHR SOGAR marked another milestone in the band's history. The new record is as colourful, cheeky, loving and cool as the band itself, sometimes hip hop, sometimes schlager or even big pop, sometimes flashy, then again quite modest, incredibly diverse and yet seamless.
