On July 9th, the woodwind quintet QuinTirol invites you to an atmospheric concert in the parish church of Niederolang. Five experienced musicians from North, South, and East Tyrol will present a diverse program of original works – ranging from classical to contemporary music.

Bach, Antonio Vivaldi, Emanuel Vogt, Bernd Franke, Luigi Boccherini, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Philip Stopford, Jòzef Swider Boys' choirs have existed for over 1,000 years. The Windsbach Boys' Choir is one of the leading ensembles of its kind today and presents a varied program in this concert with music originally composed for boys' choirs. It is a musical journey from the Renaissance to the present day. The program includes sacred works by Guillaume Dufay, Heinrich Schütz, Johann Sebastian Bach, the Thomaskantoren of later eras, and works up to the 21st century. Many of these pieces can now be found in the repertoire of a wide variety of ensembles around the world. They have their origins in the sound of the boys' choir – and with the Windsbachers, they sound particularly beautiful!

The Soirées at Tyrol Castle are held every year in June and July, on five Thursdays. Now for the 35th year, top international ensembles give impressive concerts in the Great Hall of Tyrol Castle, presenting music from different countries and cultures.
