The Music village band "Pater Haspinger Musikkapelle" celebrates 75 years of musical tradition in the Gsies Valley. This special anniversary will be marked by a festive weekend dedicated to music, heritage, and community spirit. In addition to ceremonial performances by the band, visitors can enjoy a varied program featuring music groups, culinary delights, and social gatherings.

The Gustav Mahler Music Weeks are celebrating their 45th anniversary in 2025 and will take place in Dobbiaco from 12 July to 25 July 2026. The festival honours the composer, who created his last masterpieces here, with top-class orchestral and chamber music concerts, an international symposium on the topic of ‘Mahler and humour’ and exciting lectures. A special highlight is the hike to the composer's cottage with musical accompaniment. The concerts take place in the Gustav Mahler Hall of the Grand Hotel Toblach cultural centre - surrounded by the impressive backdrop of the Dolomites.

Comedians, stand-up comedians, clowns, musicians and magicians will immerse Naturno's outdoor arena in an intoxicating setting for all kinds of mischief and laughter, hilarity and subtlety. Simple Men – that's Thomas Mitterhofer, Jacob Geier, and Thomas Schölzhorn. Founded in 2020, the trio performs at various events and venues across South Tyrol. Together, they bring carefully selected classics from the folk, blues, and rock genres of the '60s, '70s, and '80s to life.

We travel back in time to Scotland, to the filming locations of Outlander and the source of fascinating Celtic legends. On Friday, 30 October at 8.30 p.m., the Algund Music Band once again invites all brass music lovers to listen to an hour of contemplative brass music in the parish church of St. Joseph in Algund.

At this year's church concert, director Christian Laimer will enjoy that beautiful music.
For the musicians of the Algund Music Band, a concert in "their" parish church is always a special experience and a great musical challenge.

It all began in 2005 with the recording of the first album. Since then, the music project centred around the tireless multi-instrumentalist and composer Herbert Pixner has continued to evolve. Pixner often works with concise, direct and ironic references that border on sarcasm, and is a true sound artist with a subversive spirit. He likes to use his musical production as a form of social provocation, without ever striking a moralising tone. The free and spontaneous musical interplay of tradition, punk, blues, classical, psychedelia and their progressive connections – through bold arrangements and unusual instrumentation – combined with an enormous joy of playing and an endless desire to improvise, has become the trademark of the Herbert Pixner Project. As a result, the formation has been effortlessly filling the largest concert halls in the German-speaking world for years. In a short period of time, this unconventional instrumental ensemble has developed from an insider tip to one of the most sought-after and successful acts in the entire German-speaking music scene – and beyond. To date, they have played over 2,000 sold-out concerts, collaborated with various orchestras and released more than two dozen albums.
