The “Rundloipe Lärchenwiese” circuit is a challenging 1.5 km course. The trail is located in the middle of our larch forests in the Fiscalina Valley with a view of the Sexten Sundial.

This cross-country skiing trail is a very easy route which does not require any great effort. There are two routes leading to Dobbiaco: through the woods or across the fields. The same applies to the return route. What is especially interesting when you arrive in Dobbiaco is that you can ski as far as the Nordic Arena cross-country ski centre.
"La Buja" means swale in Ladin and is therefore the name of this medium-difficulty track, which leads to the swale at the far end of the cross-country centre. From there you can reach Seiser Alm through a connection track.
Vedl Verzon is a challenging track with a dynamic profile, suitable for experienced cross-country skiers. After a first steep ascent, the track continues on slightly hilly ascents and descents through small alternating forest sections.

Setting out from Ritsch, this varied loop-route leads north over the Große Moos and through vast Alpine meadows towards the cable car for Ortisei/St. Ulrich, with the nearby Dolomite peaks of the Langkofel and the Plattkofel ever in sight. After a short uphill stretch, we head downwards through a stretch of woodland and over Alpine meadows with traditional Alpine dairy farms. In Hartl, you come to a curve in the trail and ski on, slightly uphill, along the slope through the vast Alpine meadows. There is a steep uphill stretch just before the trail meets the Möser trail, followed by easy, undulating terrain back to the set-off point in Ritsch.
In Rein in Taufers / Riva di Tures there are different types of tracts. To be suited for everyone: amateurs or professionals, classic or freestyle. There are changing rooms and toilettes in the ski-center.

Easy and sunny cross-country ski trail from Oberrasen to Antholz Niedertal. The artificial snow trail runs along the river next to the groomed winter hiking trail. Entry points are at the culture house in Oberrasen, at the Hotel Bad Salomonsbrunn and in the village center of Antholz Niedertal.

The Cross country and Biathlon Center Südtirol Arena Alto Adige is situated directly on the Lake of Antholz. During the winter time you can do cross Country and Biathlon like an athlete. Every year, the Biathlon World Cup takes place in this amazing environment of the Rieserferner mountains. During the summer season you can participate at a guided tour in the building or shoot at the shot disc and run and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Enjoy cross country skiing on the perfectly groomed circular trail. The round leads in a large loop over the fields near the forest and on the other side of the village of Schmieden/Ferrara. In a sunny location and with almost no incline, the circuit is also ideal for beginners and children. The route serves on one hand as a connection to the cross country ski trail in the direction of "Gasthof Mösslhof" inn, and in the opposite direction as a connection in the direction of the Prags/Braies ski lifts and on to Brückele/Ponticello.
The Saltria - Monte Pana link trail is reserved exclusively for experienced cross-country skiers.
It begins on a descent through vast Alpine meadows, leading shortly afterwards through the woods and along narrow riverside trail, in a constant slope to Monte Pana. The trail features numerous twists and turns and the utmost of caution is advised on one particularly exposed stretch.

This cross-country skiing trail goes along the side of the Sextner Bach stream through idyllic scenery, climbing gently up to Sesto/Sexten. The stream gives this stretch a very special ambience; that’s why the locals call it the “Pleasure Trail” (Genussloipe). The destination is the restaurant & pizzeria "alte säge", which is definitely worth a visit. If you still have the energy on arrival, we recommend continuing on past Sesto and Moso/Moos further into the Fischleintal valley. There you'll find a wonderful skiing trail and the Talschlusshütte mountain hut, which never fails to impress with its stunning location in the Drei Zinnen Nature Park, surrounded by the magnificent Sexten Dolomites.
This track connecting Monte Pana to Saltria at Seiser Alm runs through the Iender Valley and is suitable for experienced cross-country skiers only. By reaching Seiser Alm you can run on up to 50 km of tracks. For less experienced skiers there is also a bus connection between Monte Pana and Saltria.

The Val Scura track, with its 7,5 km length and 270 m of altitude, is ideal for demanding cross-country skiers. Its long ascents and breathtaking descents are very much appreciated by passionate cross-country skiers.
The trail links the Cross-Country Centre in Ritsch with Saltria. The Ritsch-Saltria link trail takes you straight downhill towards Saltria through wide Alpine meadows, and is classed as one of the most challenging cross-country trails on the Seiser Alm. In spring the trail may be partially iced over, so the utmost of caution is recommended.
The longest and most challenging cross-country trail of the Seiser Alm leads out from the Cross-Country Centre in Ritsch through vast Alpine meadows in a steep uphill to the mountain station of the Panorama chairlift. Then, in numerous curves, cross the Palude di Ladins/Ladinser Moos and continue on towards Joch and Spitzbühl, past the Laurinhütte hut and back to Ritsch. With the nearby Dolomite peaks of the Langkofel, Plattkofel and the Schlern massif, the views along this trail are breathtaking.
