The Allriss Alm is a rustic and cozy mountain hut located in the upper Pflerschtal Valley in the municipality of Brenner. Open year-round (closed from April to May and in November), the hut is a popular destination in winter for moonlit tobogganing, and in summer, it offers beautiful hikes for both young and old, with a breathtaking panorama! The hut can be reached from various starting points: from St. Anton in Pflersch, from Ladurns via the "Drei Almen Weg" Trail and also from Sterzing/Rosskopf via the "Dolomieu Weg" Trail (full-day hike). Our hut offers a cozy atmosphere where we truly care about the well-being of our guests. Let yourself be pampered by our traditional dishes, prepared with love. The Sternhütte mountain inn is located on the leisure mountain Rosskopf near Vipiteno/Sterzing. The inn offers local dishes and fresh products.

Starting point: Flading, Racines di Dentro (1.482m) The mountain pasture Klammalm can be reached via Flading. You can either drive to the valley by car or walk across the Ratschinger Almenweg to the end of the valley. Walking time Bichl-Flading: approx. 1,5 hrs. from Flading you reach the Klammalm, following the marked trail no. 12 to the mountain pasture. Alternative: reachable also across the Ratschinger Almenweg

Ungererhof farm lies at the foot of the Jaufenspitze mountain at an altitude of 1,540m. Enjoying an idyllic spot at the end of the valley, it offers a culinary journey through the four seasons. Walter the farmer fills his popular potato ravioli with whatever nature has to offer at the time of making: sorrel, nettle, herbs, pumpkin and even mountain pine buds. The farm also offers light bites with meat products from the farm as well as home-made Tyrolean Graukäse cheese. Open from 1st March to 6th January. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Prior reservation required.

The Prantneralm mountain inn has a beautiful panoramic view on a sea level of 1800m. The menu offers traditional, local dishes.

Every day a large breakfast buffet, that leaves nothing to be desired, awaits you at our comfortable dining area. Once a week whoever wants to fully enjoy a special breakfast, can sweeten his morning with a sweet Champagne flute

Chef and owner, Christian Rainer, is a passionate chef who knows how to cultivate traditional cuisine with love for fresh produce and seasonal dishes. You will find us directly in the museum of the mining world Ridnaun Schneeberg in Maiern. The cozy Knappenstube was built in 1993, paneled with old wood and grown on the robust original wall of the mine. Our restaurant has about 90 seats in the interior and about 90 seats on the panoramic terrace.

The Hofschenke is located on the sunny side of the place Mareta/Mareit next to the city Vipiteno/Sterzing. It's open only in winter.

NEW MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT “SUMMIT” AT THE MOUNTAIN STATION The new “SUMMIT” mountain restaurant at the top station of the cable car offers maximum comfort and coziness. The self-service and service area offer an extensive culinary experience and you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a cappuccino at the panorama bar.

Starting point: mountain station cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo – Vipiteno (1.850m) Starting from the mountain station of the cable car Rosskopf Monte Cavallo hike along the wide path no. 23. The trail increases slightly southwestwards. Continue to walk over a mountain bridge and further on to the mountain pasture Ochsenalm (1.907m). From there follow the ridgeway under the summits Telfer Weißen to the cirque of the mountain pasture Seeberalm with the lake Seebersee. Alternative: reachable also from the valley head Ridanna across the same path to the mountain pasture Prischeralm and following the path no. 23 towards the mountain pasture Seeberalm. Tip: alpine mountain lake

Every day we select about 30 different wines to be tasted and savoured by the glass. We keep our menu intentionally small, so we can guaranty always the freshness of our products and at the same time we can surprise you at every visit with new dishes. We emphasize sustainable breeding and production, this why we try to use mostly local, regional and seasonal ingredients. During summer most of the vegetables come from our own garden, during wintertime we rely on our merchants. We got also best quality meat from our butchers, that keep an eye on animal fond breeding and slaughtering.

From Obertal (1.298 m) in Jaufental, turn left to the hamlet of Ontratt and follow the alpine road respectively the new created hiking trail into the valley. Along the trail we cross the Gurgl cascade, which rushes imposingly over rocky territories and pulverizes the water-molecule. Continuing on trail no. 12A, we take the last few metres before reaching the Bergalm mountain pasture with its alpine dairy.

DELICIOUS FOOD - Mor sense for culinary pleasure, that is our philosophy. Refined dishes seasoned with subtletly and arranged artistically. Only a dozen dishes on the menu, but a new selection every few weeks. Best quality ingredients, preferably regional or from the region the dish originates. The fine cuisine is complemented by the best pizza: Neapolitan pizza with a high crispy edge. Curious? Then come to our new Anett restaurant between Vipiteno and Racines.

Our gourmet cuisine has found its well-deserved place in our small “old German” dining room, where our Michelin-starred chef, Peter Girtler, showcases his creativity through his refined, innovative dishes. Tradition meets innovation, and the delicate menus created by our head chef are the result of this harmonious combination.

The inn is right at the beginning / end (depending on which direction you go) the Gilfenklamm. It has a beautiful beer garden with shady trees, is conveniently located and the food is deliciously prepared.

Our restaurant is located in the historic center of Vipiteno. In addition to our cozy bar we also have 2 Stube, a wine cellar and a splendid sun terrace. We would be delighted to spoil you with modern dishes and delicious pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.

In the evening, an exquisite menu, which is served at the restaurant, is the perfect finish.

The Waldhütte is located in the Ratschings-Jaufen ski area right next to the mountain station. It can be reached in winter via the mountain railway Ratschings-Jaufen. In summer the forest hut is closed.

The mountain pasture Untere Gewingesalm is located on the tree line to the Zunderspitze and can be reached starting from Maiern/Masseria. From Maiern behind the Hotel Schneeberg (1400m), always follow the signs to the "Untere Gewingesalm", first southwards across the open valley floor to the forest, then on the wide forest path through the forest slopes in hairpin bends up to the tree line, where the Untere Gewingesalm (1782m) is located.

Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm.
