Dovolená v Sterzing/Vipiteno a okolí

Starting point for this sunny panoramic hike is the fire station at Obertelfes/Telves di Sopra (parking possibility). From there hike in direction “Telfer Almen”. After ca. 30 minutes of walking time you reach the timber line. After crossing the bridge follows a short and steep rise, where the path leads forward through spruce forests, downhill towards Telfes. Later cross a forest path and follow the further markings. After a short while you reach a timber line, called “Neun Stangen”. Here you turn  left and you reach the farm Jaufnerhof. Walk along the timber line with a stunning view of the valley and go back to the starting point. Wonderful, easy hiking tour for the whole family.

Start by the parking lot in St. Jakob in direction village centre, passing by the parrish church and afterwards on the right side. Behind the Rainhof farm turn left on trail 3B along the stream and on a steep trail through the wood to the Beilsteinalm mountain hut. Furtheron along the pastures to the Landshuter Höhenweg trail (mark 3) and on the left to the Europahütte (2693m). Lunch possibilities: Europahütte, Restaurant Hofer, Restaurant Neuwirt

The running course in the valley area starts at the Ratschings valley station. From there you run the varied trail to Flading at the end of the Ratschingstal valley. Then you follow the same path back to the starting point.
The trail is ideally suited for Fartlek training as there are hardly any unevennesses in the ground.
The route can be extended or shortened as desired with variant loops

The Dolomieu Trail goes across six mountain pastures from the Rosskopf mountain in Sterzing / Vipiteno via Ladurns into the Pflerschtal valley. Enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Dolomites from Rosskopf and hike past the idyllic Alpine village of Valleming towards the Pflerschtal valley where Deodat de Dolomieu discovered the dolomite rock at the foot of the Tribulaun mountain.

From Sterzing on the Eisack river promenade to the bottom of Sprechenstein castle. Short ascend on trail 24B to the castle and furtheron on trail 24 to the Maria Trens sanctuary. Return by bus 310.

By the Nordpark Sterzing parking lot along the Via Pineta and furtheron on trail 19 over Raminges or trail 23 along the water experience path to the sunny Rosskopf hiking area.

From the parking area of the mine museum in Maiern/Masseria the designated path no. 9 leads up to the two huts. First, quite steeply to a road which leads to the plateau Senner-and Aglsboden. If you have passed the Aglsboden, the path ascends to the next section of the valley and soon reaches the hut Grohmannhütte.  Surefootedness required!

The route starts at the Ratschings mountain station and runs briefly uphill towards the Rinneralm, then slightly downhill and flat past the Kalcheralm to the Jaufenpass road. Here the trail descends briefly and continues to the right on the forest road to the Platschjoch, where you return in a loop to the chapel at the 8th bend of the pass road. From there, the trail descends slightly back to the Rinneralm and continues to the Wasserfalleralm. This is followed by the final section to the mountain station.

This trail starts at the tourist info Ratschings in Gasteig. After an easy loop to warm up, through the Handwerkerzone Ost, you come to the old Jaufentalerweg trail at the foot of the Jaufenpass road. Follow this for the first section to the fork at km 1.8 approx. where you continue to walk uphill to the right. Past the Gringgerhof farm, a narrow path leads to the upper panorama path. After about 3.3 km you have already covered most of the altitude difference. The trail continues moderately uphill along a forest path into the valley until you cross the stream at about km 6.9 and start the way back out of the valley on the orographic right side. This leads via a loop in the direction of Ontrattberg and then in the direction of Sennerberg. Finally, from the village, the route follows the main road to St. Anton and from there, via the old Jaufentalerweg trail, back to the foot of the Jaufenpass road. In Gasteig, a loop through the Handwerkerzone West is a good way to finish, where you return to the starting point.

Alpine ski tour from Gossensass/Colle Isarco along the organic certified Hühnerspielhütte/Cima  Gallina mountain hut to the panoramic view on the Amthorspitze/ Cima Amthor summit. Especially the long slope of the former skiing area up to the summit offers perfect touring slopes.

From the small parking lot at the barrier to the valley Vallicola (Valtigl) walk into the pasture Vallicola. There take trail no. 26 up steeply to the Oberen Entholzalm and further up to the ridge. From the ridge turn right onto Croce di Ratschings/Racines and from the ridge turn left to Punta Alta. The descent takes place on the ascent path back to the starting point.

Start by the CAI parking lot following the trail 14 upwards through the forest. Passing by the Rust and Gupp farms and further on trail 14 to the Mandelseitenjoch weather cross (2114m). Always following trail 14 along the crest to the Zinseler summit (2421m). Lunch possibility: Gasthof Transit

From the chapel below the Jaufenpass/Passo Giovo on path no. 12, head south towards path no. 12B further south below the north-east-slope of the Jaufenspitz peak. After 15 minutes begins the clime to a small plateau. Passing this, follow the path further south and over the steep northern slope to the north-east ridge of the Hochplattspitze. On the ridge in a few minutes up to the summit. Hike along this path back to the starting point.

From Stein on trail 3 upwards through the wood and then on the steep serpentines passing the forrestal pass road and some old military constructions to the Pfitscherjochhaus mountain hut (2288m). Furtheron on trail 3 to the Pfitsch joke (2248m), there at left for a short part on the Landshuter Höhenweg to the Pfitscherjoch lakes (2237m). Lunch possibilities: Pfitscherjoch-Haus, Gasthof Stein

Starting from Gasteig, the mainly flat route first leads through a small forest, then you reach the hiking trail, which continues to Stange. Cross the bridge there and continue along the asphalted cycle path to Mareit. Follow the same path back to Stange. There you can either cross the bridge again and then run back to Gasteig on the hiking trail or stay on the cycle path and follow it back to the starting point.
The route can be extended or shortened as desired. The starting point (Gasteig - Stange - Mareit) can be chosen freely.

New gongola lift for 10 persons with middle station

Follow the trail 14A in Stilves all along the forest upwards to the timberline and along the pastures to the crest; further on the crest in direction West to the Zinseler summit (2421m).

Easy hiking tour through the wooden hills by Stilves/Stilfes. Along the road to Novale Bassa/Niederried and soon after leaving Stilves/Stilfes village along the trail 17 at the right side to the Burgstall summit. Lunch possibility: Restaurant Hotel Wieser

The last surprise on the leisure mountain.

The circular hiking tour connects the villages Maria Trens and Valgenauna - a nice walk for the whole family and don't lose the cultural interesting St. Valentine's church. Suitable for strollers.

From Ridnaun/Ridanna on path no. 26 through the Valtigl valley to the summit. Rare flora and fauna! Fantastic view of the Stubai Alps and the glacier of the Ötztal valley. Surefootedness and no fear of heights necessary!

 

The Viedalm circular hiking trail guides you in to the alpine mountain world at the feet of the rocky summits of Pfitsch valley with a beautiful view over the valley ground.

By the parking lot followin trail 4 upwards in direction to the Pfitscherjoch joke, After arriving on the forestal road to the joke follow the road to the junction Pfitscherjoch and Pfitscherjoch-Haus mountain hut. Here furtheron on hiking trail 4 to the crest and all along to the Rotbachl summit (2895m). It's possible to return to the starting point passing by the Pfitscherjoch mountain hut all along trail 3. Lunch possibility: Pfitscherjochhaus

The Ridnauntal/Val Ridanna Circular Trail starts in Maiern/Masseria. It goes along the Fernerbach stream down the valley to the hamlet of Braunhöfen, where it goes round in a loop. This is followed by a climb up to Gasse and the Joggelehof farm, where you do a loop and then start on your way back. First you follow the same route back to Ridnaun/Ridanna; then you follow the trail in a number of loops of varying degrees of difficulty back up the valley to Maiern/Masseria.

Start by the Rosskopf valley station and over the Isarco river to the Hotel Maibad. Passing the hotel on the left side you will arrive to a tunnel under the railwy line. Following mark 3A through the forest to the small village Oberried (1014m) and the Straßberg ruin. Furtheron to the great motor way viaduct and descent to Colle Isarco/Gossensass (1098m).

By the Platz village along trail 11 steep upwards through the forest to the stony hillsides. Through the caldera upwards through the scree to the western crest. On the left all along the crest and over the last spine to the summit (3063m). Lunch possibility: Gasthof Pfitscherhof

The Felbe summit is with its northwest mountainside to the Pfitsch valley  a ski tour classic in the Pfunderer mountains. The beautiful ski slopes are a special reward here.
