You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs, which he grows in his herbal garden. He also grows lettuce and vegetables in his garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes like out of a professional pastry, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.

The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

La Stube Toni con 15 posti a sedere, la sala da pranzo con 70 e la terrazza con 60 posti offrono svariate possibilità per accogliervi in compagnia, facendovi assaporare la nostra raffinata cucina con specialità fatte in casa. Nelle calde sere d’estate la terrazza è l’ideale per rilassarsi e ammirare lo spettacolare panorama sulle cime circostanti.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Our alpine hut is located in the heart of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1,364 metres above sea level, in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. Only reachable by foot. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the Hofer Alpl mountain inn is an oasis of tranquillity. Whether it is hikers or cyclists, couples or families with children – our guests feel comfortable here. From our sun terrace you will enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding villages and the unique mountain world of the Alps: Trentino mountain region, Cevedale, Texel Group and Ötztal Alps. Visit us at Hofer Alpl – as a daily visitor during a leisurely hike in the nature park or as a holiday guest in our romantic natural wood rooms or in the adventurous dormitory.

The Tschötsch Alm is open daily from 8:30 a.m. till 17:30 p.m. We serve warm dishes from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. In the evening, we can prepare special treats for you, upon request. Cordial hospitality is a core value. You can reach us via numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes, snowshoe hiking trails, and ski slopes.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

Light-flooded and spacious in the restaurant... or cosy in the traditional wood-panelled Hubertus Stube. Whatever you prefer. Enjoy a nice talk, a good book, an aromatic Italian coffee with some sweet delights or lunch or dinner at Alpe di Siusi. In winter directly at the slope, in summer with a wonderful sun terrace. He passionately adds a personal twist to traditional recipes making tasty dishes that can satisfy any culinary taste. Welcome to our new mountain hut at the valley station of the Spitzbühl Lift. You will find nice people and home-made South Tyrolean specialities.

Our Restaurtant-Pizzeria “Zum Woscht” is situated in the centre of the village Siusi allo Sciliar. Our specialities are various hearty dishes from the Italian and Southtyrolean kitchen as well as all sort of tasty Pizza at lunch and in the evening. Our cosy coffeeshop is a real meeting point in the village, where people come for a coffee, a cappuccino or a nice glass of wine.
