The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

Our terrace offers you a panorama that normally only the Gods deserve. From the Sassopiatto and the Passo Molignon to the Sciliar and the Ötztal Alps you can enjoy a 200° panoramic view that is unparalleled. You may feel a little bit like in heaven. The mountain wind has turned – new faces and an innovative mountain cuisine are moving into what was once the Williams Hut: a variety of influences melt into spicy game, delicious burgers and pizza. We are wild and free – we love variety. We want to make wild o’williams into a destination – a hot hut at the heart of the South Tyrolean highlands. Check out our revival this summer – you’ll be simply wow!

The Spitzbühl hut ist he starting point for paradliders and hang-gliders, as well as for model aircraft. Visitors con also take a tendem flights from here. The rustic hut at the mountain station oft he Spitzbühl lift servers tipical South Tyrolean dishes: the house made specialities include baked pasta dishes and delicious cakes.

Our milk and dairy products come from the Brixen dairy (Brimi), pistachios from Sicily, and hazelnuts from Piemonte.

Our alpine hut is located in the heart of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1,364 metres above sea level, in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. Only reachable by foot. Due to its intact ecosystem and outstanding water quality, the lake at the foot of the Sciliar is an extremely popular destination with swimmers. You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs, which he grows in his herbal garden. He also grows lettuce and vegetables in his garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes like out of a professional pastry, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.
