In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

Whether you are having a well-earned stop for refreshments on a day trip or a leisurely evening after a long day’s hiking, the hungry and thirsty alpinist is in the right place here.

Our hut is located on the same-named mountain Stevia (2.312 m), in the natural park Puez Geisler and in the UNESCO world natural heritage. Enjoy with good local cuisine our comfortable atmosphere and our unique location with a breath-taking panorama view.

The rifugio Vicenza is located in the hearth of the Sassolungo group, from where you can admire the wonderful view. The restaurant offers traditional and home made dishes. Open all day.

The refuge is an ideal place for recreation during a hike or to stop for a bite to eat during a ski day – on your way on the Sellaronda, don't hesitate to visit us at the refuge Edelweiss. Our kitchen offers tasty dishes of typical Ladin, Mediterranean and express cuisine. For a slightly different evening, we invite you to try a hut dinner, which we organise weekly during the winter (every Thursday evening on reservation. Snowcat transport).

The best known hut in the Sesto Dolomites at the foot of the Three Peaks is situated at an altitude of 2,438 m. The hut sleeps 140 people in 40 beds and a dorm for 100 people. From the large panorama terrace you enjoy unique views of the Three Peaks and the Monte Paterno. The easiest path to the hut is hiking path No. 101 from the Rifugio Auronzo (Around the Three Peaks tour), or you can climb from Val Fiscalina via Val Sasso Vecchio on path No. 102, or via Valle della Rienza, Landro (No. 102).

The Rifugio Auronzo is situated at an altitude of 2,333 m on the South side of the massif of the Three Peaks and can easily be reached on foot or by car. The hut, which is managed by the Alpine Association CAI Alpenverein Auronzo, offers unique panoramic views, excellent cuisine and the warmest welcome from all the staff. The hut is the ideal starting point for easy walks, such as a circular walk around the Three Peaks. It is also the centre point for many hikes and via ferratas.

Our kitchen offers homemade delicacies and vension specialties! Open from the middle of May to 1st of November and from mid December to Easter. You can reach us from the parking lot Altfasstal in 30 minutes.

Rifugio Cherz is a family-run establishment located in Alta Badia, in the heart of the Dolomites. The Bockerhütte is situated at the heart of the Texelgruppe Nature Park. It is the starting point of various alpine hikes including multi-day hikes with overnight stays in the mountain refuges. On the sun terrace you can enjoy the enchanting natural scenery of the Val di Sopranes. We serve hot food all day and typical Tyrolean dishes as well as home-made cakes and strudel.

The Rifugio Marchhütte hut is situated at an altitude of 2,530 m, on the sunny side, only a few meters below the summit of the Cornetto di Confine / Marchkinkele with a magnificent view of the Sesto and Braies Dolomites. The hut offers accommodation for up to 40 people. The hut can be reached from all sides on hiking trails and the former military road is a popular destination for mountain bikers.

The refuge Tierser Alpl is situated on the saddle of the same name, a place where all paths seem to cross. On the way from the Schlern to the Lang- and Plattkofel, from the Seiser Alm to the Rosengarten, you’ll always pass this spot.

The Rifugio Fonda Savio is situated at an altitude of 2,367 m in the Cadini di Misurina region. The hut is known for its excellent cuisine and its strudel. The accommodation comprises 20 dorm places and 20 beds. You can reach the hut in approx. 1 hour on hiking path No. 115 from Pian degli Spiriti above Misurina (high routes Alta Via delle Dolomiti No. 4 and 9).

Enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating lunches in the gourmet restaurant "Rundegg" of the Saltria hotel and let us spoil Your palate by our qualified team. Built in 1888 as one of the first mountain huts in Val Gardena. It’s located on the sunny side in the middle of the Nature Park Puez-Odle with a stunning view on the Sassolungo and on the Odle mountains. The Rifugio Firenze was built in 1888 as one of the first mountain huts in Val Gardena by the German-Austrian Alpine Club (DÖAV Regensburg). When in 1921, with the end of the First World War, South Tyrol was given to Italy, the administration of the hut was transferred to the CAI of Florence, which renamed it "Rifugio Firenze". In 2010, after almost 90 years in hands of CAI Florence, the hut was entrusted to the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, which still owns it. Open in summer from 1st June until mid of October

The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is located in the heart of the Dolomites, majestically embedded between the peaks of the SASSOLUNGO and the CINQUE DITA (5 Fingers) on the high rocky pass of the FORCELLA DEL SASSOLUNGO. We are here in midst of an ancient coral reef where more than 220 million years ago flowed the Tethys Sea. The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is the ideal starting point for many trekking, hiking and rock climbing routes. Also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the breathtaking and charming scenery of the Dolomites declared as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site in 2009. In 1954, the mountain guide Giovanni Demetz wanted to build here a refuge, a shelter from wind, rain and snow, a restoring place where you can admire the surrounding landscape from. With great passion and dedication, Enrico Demetz, Giovanni's youngest son, still runs the refuge together with his wife and daughters.

The Pauli Hut is located on the slope “La Longia” from Seceda to Ortisei. You can reach us in 10 minutes from the valley station of the Seceda cable car. Grilled food and traditional South Tyrolean dishes till 4p.m. Après Ski.

The Dreischusterhütte hut offers every day typical regional dishes: amongst all the delicacies they suggest especially tasty dumplings with goulash, the Kaiserschmarrn with cranberries (Grantn) and the homemade "Äpfelkiachlan" with vanilla ice cream, the specialty of the house.
