Here on the alp we serve hearty treats and our own produce such as home-made alpine butter, home-smoked speck bacon and Kaminwurzen sausages, home-reared roast lamb, bacon and cheese dumplings and much more. The Ütia Nagler is located in the beautiful Dolomites of Alta Badia, below the Sasso Santa Croce in Badia. The cuisine of the Ütia Nagler in Badia is a homage to the flavours of South Tyrol. The restaurant offers a wide range of traditional Ladin dishes prepared with care and passion. Among the most popular dishes are the homemade cajincì (stuffed crescents), various types of polenta, eggs and bacon potatoes, apple strudel with vanilla sauce. There is also no shortage of classic dishes such as pasta and steaks. Ice cream sundaes are very popular in the summer. On colder days, hot chocolate, steaming mulled wine and bombardino are always available. The Alfarei family has been running the refuge since 2004. The cooperation and experience of the family make for a particularly friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which pervades the entire refuge.

Situated above the Edelweisstal, at the foot of Mount Sassongher you will find this small jewel “Col Pradat,” embedded between the majestic Dolomites of Alta Badia, right next to the ski lift of the same name. Look forward to enjoyable hours in nice company. Spend unforgettable nights in the Lodge or celebrate the most beautiful day of your life, your wedding day, in the comfortable atmosphere of the Col Pradat Lodge in the heart of the Val Badia mountains world. You can see everything from here: from the terrace you can look directly onto the Mittagstal, the Marmolada, the Cristallo, the Tofane, the Langkofel, and the Sassongher. In the summer, you can conveniently get to us on foot, with a mountain bike, or come directly to us via the ski lift. In the winter, you can come directly to the Col Pradat Lodge on skis or with a few steps. Thursday evening, dinner by reservation. Transport by snowcat. Extra evenings: 08.12 / 27.12.

Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and our specialities. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

Enjoy the relaxing and rejuvenating lunches in the gourmet restaurant "Rundegg" of the Saltria hotel and let us spoil Your palate by our qualified team. You can expect contemporary cuisine, traditional dishes of South Tyrol and also international specialties. Of course we take also care of our little guests, with a menu suitable for their age. Spaghetti bolognese, Wiener schnitzel or bratwurst with fries are just some of the favorite dishes. Furthermore, the children need only a few steps to get to the 2 floors games room or to the outdoor playground, located next to the large roof terrace, and with the longest slide across the Alpe di Siusi. On our terrace, with view on our pond, you can relax and enjoy the warmth of the sun while you spend a nice time in company, with a refreshing drink in our bar. The breathtaking panorama of the Alpe di Siusi and the Dolomites in the background also contributes to your happiness.

The Saltner Hut is open from the beginning of December to Eastern and in summer from Pentecost to the middle of October. We offer a lot of traditional South Tyrol and Italian dishes. The Saltner Hut organise also music events.

In summer guided excursion discovering the healing properties of alpine plants. Together with Helga, you’ll learn about mountain herbs and plants that have soothing, healing, cosmetic and culinary properties. On this easy walk, your guide will reveal a few tricks for transforming the plants you collect into delicious dressings and natural healing products. A sweet-smelling walk! And finally, a small tasting of Helga's products.

The Mountain Hut Fanes is in the Nature Park Fanes-Senes-Braies.

The refuge Tierser Alpl is situated on the saddle of the same name, a place where all paths seem to cross. On the way from the Schlern to the Lang- and Plattkofel, from the Seiser Alm to the Rosengarten, you’ll always pass this spot where Max Aichner, a mountain guide from Tiers, realised his idea of building his own refuge 50 years ago. Over the years, the refuge has been adapted to the needs of the times, but its spirit has remained the same. The refuge has become a place where people meet, seek shelter from the forces of nature or simply enjoy a good meal and a fine drop of wine.

Ütia Paraciora has a family atmosphere, ready to welcome anyone who wants to get to know our valley. Visiting the Ütia Paraciora means immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the Dolomites, tasting the local cuisine and experiencing the warm welcome typical of Alta Badia. It all began on 26 December 1993 with the Castlunger family. The years have passed, but the hospitality and the warmth of the management have remained and we would like to welcome you. Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It's open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it? The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is located in the heart of the Dolomites, majestically embedded between the peaks of the SASSOLUNGO and the CINQUE DITA (5 Fingers) on the high rocky pass of the FORCELLA DEL SASSOLUNGO. We are here in midst of an ancient coral reef where more than 220 million years ago flowed the Tethys Sea. The RIFUGIO TONI DEMETZ is the ideal starting point for many trekking, hiking and rock climbing routes. Also a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the breathtaking and charming scenery of the Dolomites declared as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site in 2009. In 1954, the mountain guide Giovanni Demetz wanted to build here a refuge, a shelter from wind, rain and snow, a restoring place where you can admire the surrounding landscape from. With great passion and dedication, Enrico Demetz, Giovanni's youngest son, still runs the refuge together with his wife and daughters.

The best known hut in the Sesto Dolomites at the foot of the Three Peaks is situated at an altitude of 2,438 m. The hut sleeps 140 people in 40 beds and a dorm for 100 people. From the large panorama terrace you enjoy unique views of the Three Peaks and the Monte Paterno. The easiest path to the hut is hiking path No. 101 from the Rifugio Auronzo (Around the Three Peaks tour), or you can climb from Val Fiscalina via Val Sasso Vecchio on path No. 102, or via Valle della Rienza, Landro (No. 102).

From our sun terrace the breathtaking mountain backdrop is enchanting, with views of the Sella group, Langkofel and Cir peaks. The hut, which is situated at 2220 metres above sea level, offers a cosy, leisurely atmosphere in its lovingly furnished Tyrolean parlours, plus delicious, stylish food.
