Specialities of the Val Pusteria have been produced for 50 years at the butcher's Nocker in Dobbiaco. They have remained faithful to their company philosophy for decades. Only the best is good enough for their customers.

The butcher's shop Weissensteiner is located in the centre of Soprabolzano. Here meat and sausage products of the best quality from traditional production are offered. The butcher's shop also offers catering and a barbecue service. 

We are a family-run store specilazing in premium home textiles and duvets, including our exclusive, temperature-regulating „Twin Comfort“ duvet. Our offering extends to include bed sheets, bed linen, terry towels, warm plaids and woolen blankets. Our customers will also find traditional alpine and Tyrolean products as well as for home textiles for kids.

For more than 10 years now, we turn daily shopping into an enjoyable activity: on 600m² you will find a large selection of local quality products as well as Italian specialties. Freshness and top service are our strenghts.

When tradition is passed on through the generations, high values will be preserved through time. Great Grandfather Franz Windegger founded the company in 1901 and attached even then the imoprtance to highest quality and the best meat from South TYrol. We use for our sausages, ham and Bacon and ready to cook-products almost only regional products of the South Tyrolean nature. We also work only with trained personal and count on the best taste.

The shop is in Auna di Sopra, a little village on the Renon in a high of 1300m.
