In the chocolate factory Oberhöller in the Sarntal Valley in South Tyrol, the cocoa beans, chocolate and all raw materials are carefully tested according to the strictest criteria, selected and further processed in our factory in Sarnthein. Only excellent ingredients form the basis for the exclusive creations of Oberhöller. In addition to classics such as spread cream or hazelnut chocolate, the Sarntaler family-owned company produces its own creations, such as dark chocolate with raisins, chocolate with shaker bread, apple or apricot. Oberhöller stands for local ingredients and highest enjoyment.

Our principles: regional - natural - safe. In an area as sensitive as food, verifiable production cycles and short delivery routes are more in demand than ever. Escpecially when it comes to meat, handling animals properly and traceability are extremely important. Species-appropriate rearing, careful slaughter, expert cutting and processing are a given.

The butcher´s shop Poernbacher in Olang is led now by its 3rd generation. The art of butcher is a family tradition. Since the foundation in 1946 of the family business by Karl Poernbacher near the train station in Olang, the name of Poernbacher is a guarantee for all the meat products. In year 1971 his son Oswald Poernbacher went on with his fatjer business and moved the shop right in the center of Olang near kronplaty. That strategic position helped in the business and increased the profit and the productivity. Since 2001 also Oswald Poernbacher´s son Alexander begun to work as butcher and works nowaday as manager of the production. Since then are working there also two professional butchers and produce the specialties that are available to be sold. Our products are made in the same way since 3 generations.

In our family-run plant nursery, right next to the Biergarten in Kaltern, you will find vines, olive trees, palm trees, cypress trees, but also cut flowers, wedding floristics, house plants, pots and decorative items. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
