Oak, glass and breathtaking views: The Cantina Merano Winery is a must-visit for anyone who loves architecture, design and wine. During a guided cellar tour, visitors can learn how grapes are transformed into wine and explore the stunningly designed cellar spaces, each with its unique color scheme.

What is the difference between wild and farmed bees, how is a bee colony made up and how is honey actually produced? Beekeeper Walter answers all these questions and gives the participants further interesting information about the industrious helpers of our nature. With the appropriate protective equipment, you can marvel at the inner workings of a beehive and experience at first hand how honey is made, harvested and processed. At the end, you can taste the honey products made on the premises.

After 1945, many bunkers remained operational during the "Cold War" until they were decommissioned in the 1990s and transferred to the Province of South Tyrol. Some of these defensive structures hold historical significance, offering unique architectural insights today.
The bunker at Töll was acquired by the municipalities of Algund and Marling and has been made accessible for guided visits.

Immerse yourself in the stunning beauty of the Dolomites during our panoramic tour! We start our bus journey in Schenna and head towards the Tires Valley. From there, the route takes us through the Nigra Pass and finally past the Karer Pass back to Schenna.
During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself.
Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept.
At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products.

Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.

Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir.

From March to the end of October, the biological Gruberhof winery in Marling invites you to guided tours of the wine cellar every Friday at 4:00 PM. Discover the fascinating world of viticulture and learn interesting details about winemaking and the history of Gruberhof during a tour of the historic and new cellar rooms. Since 1995, the estate has been managed organically. With deep dedication for nature and Bioland-certified guidelines, the Gamper family cultivates their vineyards.
The wine selection includes native varieties such as Vernatsch and Lagrein, the fungus-resistant Bronner and Souvignier gris, as well as a powerful Merlot and Cabernet cuvée. These wines reflect the family's passion for nature-friendly and sustainable viticulture.

Fresh mountain air, plenty of free range and GMO-free feeding ensure that the pigs at the Obertimpflerhof farm in Vöran feel completely at ease. ‘That's the secret to the outstanding quality of our meat,’ says farmer Franz with conviction.
