Many of our guests do not limit themselves to just skiing, but also come to South Tyrol to enjoy hiking, climbing or cycling tours. What could be better than an exploratory tour with a knowledgeable local guide? Some of our collaborators are not only ski instructors, but hiking guides, athletic trainers and bike guides: they know our territory perfectly, so they are the most suited for introducing our guests to the beauty of South Tyrol through a wide range of activities.
We also organize excursions in collaboration with various hotels. Since Plan de Corones has also become a tourist attraction in the summer, our shop and souvenir shop located on the top of the mountain, as well as our shop in the center of Valdaora di Mezzo, all remain open even in summer.

Since 1989 Roland Antholzer has brought the school to model standards, focussing chiefly on teaching children and training snowboarders and cross-country skiers. The school also offers racing courses and holds and organises upon request. Beginners can get to the top of the beginners’ slope on a mobile carpet lift. All of this is available at very competitive prices on a market that is often over-expensive. Jochgrimm ski resort – affordable ski passes and food, and a special focus on families.
All of our 13 ski instructors come from the surrounding areas of Ueberetsch and Unterland, therefore close to Passo Oclini.

The 1, 2 and 3-km cross-country ski tracks (signposted in blue and green) are located in the first flat section and are ideal and highly recommended for beginners. The 5-km training track is suitable for experienced cross-country skiers (signposted in red); it is also certified for national cross-country races. For a longer cross-country tour (signposted in black), its possible to cross the entire valley in a 10-km long circuit whilst enjoying views of a fantastic mountain landscape, the Stevia and the Chedul Group, as far as the Pra da Ri meadow.
The cross-country school and ski rental are at the beginning of the slopes.
