From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. Wrapped in warm blankets and with a hot water bottle, you can lean back while a herbal tea warms you from the inside. Take time to breathe in and savour the pure, cool tunnel air.

The special microclimate underground - cool, moist and pure - supports your airways and helps you to switch off completely. Even chronic respiratory illnesses such as asthma, bronchitis or sinus problems can be noticeably alleviated.
