How does the apple from Naturno get to your home? During the guided tour of the Texel fruit cooperative, you will learn everything worth knowing about the South Tyrolean apple. During the guided tour with our apple expert you follow the storage, sorting, packaging and loading. Our apple expert will tell you all kinds of interesting facts about the ingredients, varieties and storage of the apple. The tour is only in German and Italian language! The tour of the cooperative is not barrier-free.

Experience an exciting tour of the vineyards with the winemaker of the Falkenstein Winery. Learn interesting facts about climate, soil, grape varieties, their care and history. Together with the winemaker you will visit the wine cellar and taste the exquisite wines afterwards. Dogs are not allowed.

What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. Strengthen your immune system and your general well-being with the natural healing methods of Sebastian Kneipp and experience the Kneipp world in Marling up close! The experience begins with a short walk through the village, accompanied by our Kneipp trainer Annemarie, to stimulate your circulation. You then enter the Kneipp world in the center of Marling. On the way, you will pass various water stations where you can refresh yourself with Marling drinking water and quench your thirst. The train experts Martin Broy & Klaus Demar tell interesting facts about the history of the Rittner Bahn and guide you through the remise of Klobenstein & Oberbozen, afterwards special ride with historical train. "The machinist turns the crank, the wagon spins and purrs, a little jerk, then it starts moving..." This is a quote from 1907 when the people from Bozen took the railway Renon (Rittner Bahn) to their summer retreat on the high plateau. Even today, after 113 years, our railway still runs between Maria Himmelfahrt, Oberbozen and Klobenstein as the only narrow-gauge railway in South Tyrol.

Discover the Infopoint Steger Sawmill! Visitors can explore a Venetian frame saw from the 16.th century as well as the former sawmaster's house. In addition to these witnesses of Alpine craftsmanship anc cultural heritage, the infopoint also features various exhibition elements. These include a sound station for bird calls, a film booth, a visitor information system about the fauna, flora and geology of the Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park. The Bee Trail in Trens Freienfeld is a varied and educational themed hike for the whole family. On this peaceful and adventurous walk, you'll learn all sorts of interesting facts about bees, the creation, and processing of honey, and other bee products such as beeswax, pollen, propolis, and more. At the exploration and observation beehive, you can explore the inner workings of a beehive and learn about the processing of honey and other honey products. Possible with stroller; no risk of bee stings. Tasting of honey at the observation beehive is seasonal. Afterwards, there will be a small tasting at the Hotel Post in Trens. Additional tours: in August also on Thursdays from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Participants: minimum 4 and maximum 20 people Registration deadline: one day before by 5:00 p.m.

Explore the Bio Kandlwaalhof in Laas together with the Luggin family, where excellent, high-quality fruits and herbs ripen at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level and in a balanced climate. During a guided tour of the orchards, you will gain an interesting insight into organic apple cultivation. Afterwards, you can taste lovingly crafted products such as apple juice, dried fruit, vinegar, and mustard.

The hike starts at the Active & Events office in the centre of Selva di Val Gardena. With the local bus you will reach the idyllic hamlet of “Daunëi”. During a visit to a beehive, children and their parents will learn interesting facts about the honey bee, its life and the honey's journey from the flower blossom to the honey jar. From there you follow the path "Via Crucis" in direction of Vallunga, a true family paradise. With a herbal fairy, we dive into forgotten knowledge to discover the natural powers of alpine plants. The easy hike leads along the valley path of the Pflersch Valley to the herb garden, with its many rarities. At the end, the herb gardeners of the Wipptal invite you to a tasting at the herb manufactory at the Botenhof. The Lipper Sawmill, an impressive example of traditional woodworking from the 18th century, can be experienced up close during a guided tour with live demonstration. Visitors are immersed in the history of alpine craftsmanship and learn fascinating details about the technology, working methods, and historical significance of the sawmill for the region. The hike begins in the heart of Bruneck at the information office directly on the town square. From there we walk along a hiking trail to the large bishop's castle, Bruneck Castle. Not far from there lies the silent and atmospheric military cemetery. We continue past three lakes to the Kaiserwarte. Our hike leads us through idyllic forests back to our starting point. We take the bus from Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente to the GEOPARC Bletterbach visitor center. There, the guided tour of the museum begins before you descend into the impressive gorge. Explore the narrow Taubenleck section and the Butterloch. We then follow the European long-distance hiking trail E5 towards Weissenstein | Pietralba, passing through the Kösertal valley (1696 m) until we reach Maria Weissenstein. For the return to Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente, you can either take the bus or walk back independently (walking time approx. 1.5 hours). The bus arrives in Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente no later than 3:15 PM.
