From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. Julian, an astronomy enthusiast, takes us with him during this night observation taking advantage of the total darkness to admire the beauty of the universe.

During the farm tour at Lenkhof, you will learn all sorts of interesting facts about the individual production steps involved in making cheese and other dairy products as well as the history of the farm itself. Young farmer Georg will guide you through the barn, the processing and maturing rooms and tell you about how his animals are kept. At the end, you can of course taste the farm's own products. Via Bozen-Trient–Verona (short stay at a motorway station), we drive along the motorway to Padua and Venice. Arrival at around 10 a.m. By boat, we make our way to Saint Mark’s square in the centre of Venice. The city is built on 118 islands and offers many palaces and churches, romantic water ways and bridges, which bear witness to the former glory of the town. We stay in Venice for approx. 5 hours and return back via the Val Sugana to Trient and from there to Bozen and Schenna.

On the tracks of the biathlon elite: Come and experience the excitement of this large sports venue that has already hosted numerous international competitions. Take a closer look at the technical and functional rooms, the entire administration building and the spectator stands in more detail. We tell you exciting stories and give you interesting facts about the Südtirol Arena and not to be missed: we will also take a look at Antholz 2026. A film about biathlon rounds off your knowledge of the sport. Finally you can feel like an elite Biathlete and try out biathlon shooting: put your marksmanship to the test with five shots. The special microclimate underground - cool, moist and pure - supports your airways and helps you to switch off completely. Even chronic respiratory illnesses such as asthma, bronchitis or sinus problems can be noticeably alleviated.
