During a guided tour of our winery in St. Martin, many exciting and interesting things await you. We will tell you passionately about the harvest, winemaking and wine and let you share in our art of winemaking. During a tour of our vineyards, you can taste our wines and finally visit our barrique storage. The guided tour will be in German and Italian.

Discover the current collection of South Tyrol’s first female master distiller, experience the authentic distilling process and taste select wines and spirits in the 14th century tower cellar. Ripened in the sun, distilled in a copper vat: at the Gaudenz Farm Distillery only first-class, hand-picked fruit finds its way inside. Williams pears, apples, grapes, Vinschgau apricots and quinces are transformed into the finest, single-origin fruit brandies by hand using the keen instinct of the master distiller, which, with their authentic flavour are a true delight for the taste buds. Christine Schönweger, farmer and South Tyrol’s only female master distiller, describes the path she has taken from a love of fruit, via the art of distilling, to genuine and authentic indulgence, with a guided tour of the Gaudenz farm distillery in the Gaudententurm Residence plus tasting of the farm's own spirits.

Your guide leads you through several stations where she tells about winegrowing, landscape and history. On the way, at the Baron Widmann winery, in the vineyards, at the Castel Turmhof Tiefenbrunner winery and in the Cantina Cortaccia, you can taste 5 typical wines. The walk lasts 3 1/2-4 hours, about 50 minutes of which are spent actually walking.

Have you ever tasted wines “blind”? Join us on a sensual journey – an experience that will let you discover wine in a completely new way. We’ll give you fascinating insights into the history and philosophy of our winery. Afterwards, you’ll taste four of our white wines “blind” – side by side, without labels, relying solely on your senses. The visit to the gardens with the art exhibition is included. ​ ​

Wine tasting and visit to the winery Haidenhof Tscherms. The hillside Haidenhof farm is known for ist first-class wines. The vineyards on ist slopes yield no less than seven Grape varietals, at 16.00 (with registration, T +39 0473 564 451).

guided tour - The National Park visitor centre avimundus in the pediastrian zone of Silandro is entirely devoted to the bird kingdom of the Stelvio National Park. It offers visitors an overview of the world of birds, and selected bird species are clearly presented and assigned to their respective habitats. Visitors are given extensive information about the breeding and rearing, and on bird voices and their songs.

In German language. From end of march til Mid August. First discover the old and new cellars of the Terlan winery, founded in 1893, see how the wine is made and how the bottles are bottled. Today we get out in nature! On our exciting voyage of exploration we visit the fruit tree meadow at the Koasa Hof in St. Johann. Delicious fruits such as apples, pears and plums grow there and we’ll discover how to make jam, juice and apple rings from them. Maybe we’ll even get to taste some ourselves! As well as fruit trees, there are also some small animals on the farm – for example chickens and rabbits. Together we’ll find out how to harvest and process fruit and how important nature is for our food. So pack your rucksack and bring a good mood with you – and let’s have a fruity adventure!

The tour through the open-air area leads past historic log buildings such as the grain mill, the granary, the baking oven and the farmhouse, as well as the loden fulling mill, the apiary and the bowling alley. Join us for a journey into the industrial past of Prad am Stilfserjoch – the historic lime kiln in Schmelz tells stories of hard work, craftsmanship, and local history at the foot of the Stelvio Pass. Once used to produce quicklime for construction and agriculture, the intricately built kiln is now the last preserved structure of its kind in the Vinschgau Valley and was carefully restored in 2025. As a walk-in heritage site, the kiln offers fascinating insights into the region’s artisanal, mining, and early industrial history. In July and August, we open the doors to this special site and invite you on an exciting journey through nature, technology, and tradition. Tip: Combine your visit with a walk along the “Frau Waal” trail no. 9 or a short bike ride – where nature meets industrial heritage! Evening hike to the St. Helena chapel with an art-historical guided tour. This charming little church features rich frescoes from around 1400, created by the Bolzano School of Painting. The style closely relates to frescoes in Terlan’s parish church and St. Catherine’s in Fiè. A highlight is the Niederthor family coat of arms on the triumphal arch, indicating their patronage. Hidden under layers of paint for years, the coat of arms was rediscovered in 1885 and restored in 1938. After the visit, we enjoy the scenic view before returning to the starting point. Simple creativity with just pine cones, stones and nuts. At the Wuschlpuschl Nature Workshop, natural objects collected by the kids are transformed into imaginative works of art.

The St. Valentin church surrounded by meadows and fields, with the Schlern massif in the background, the small church of St. Valentin offers a real idyllic scene. The construction is of great historical and artistic value with precious frescos from the 14th and the 15th century. A peculiarity (among others): the painter has tried to include the local landscape as background in its representation of the three Kings. Together with hiking guide Paula we make our way to St. Valentin church (walk approx. 20 minutes). This is followed by a guided tour of the church and then back to Seis. A day full of adventure awaits children during a visit to Fallerhof or with horse whisperer Susi! In the morning, Susi introduces children to the world of horses. They explore the stable, learn exciting facts, groom and care for the horses and ponies and experience riding. In the afternoon, children discover farm life at Fallerhof. They learn where food comes from, what sustainable living means and spend time with the animals.

Fortress Mitterberg Fortress Mitterberg and Fortress Haideck form the "Barricade of Sexten". This building is a magnific example of defensive fortification. The non profit association "Bellum Aquilarum ONLUS" offers guided tours of the museum “Fortress Mitterberg” Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.

ONLY FOR CHILDREN AGED 5 TO 9 YEARS OLD! Be a real knight or a brave damsel for once! Childhood dreams come true at the medieval Reifenstein Castle. With fencing, archery and adventurous games, children can immerse themselves in the world of the Middle Ages in a playful way - supervised and age-appropriate. Please note: Only for children between 5 and 9 years old. No exceptions possible! Meanwhile, parents can optionally take part in a guided tour of the castle. Guided hike to the outdoor Museum "Anderter Alpe" at Rotwand / Croda Rossa It was the scene of a lot of events during World War I. Today it ist possible to see shelters, trenches and trenches along the path. Four-legged friends are not allowed to participate in this event.
