We are the Prinoth family and for many years we have been passionate about conjuring up sweet and salty creations. We combine the traditional with modern elements in order to surprise our guests again and again. Try the whole variety from the breakfast to business lunch to a delicious ice cream or a cocktail in the evening. With us you can enjoy a delicious lunch between 12.00 to 2.30pm and in the evening for dinner from 6pm to 9pm. We will spoil you with Mediterranean and regional dishes for small and large appetites. There is guaranteed to be something for everyone on our seasonally changing menu.

Try our specialties, such as our rice pudding, pancakes, various milk mixes and buttermilk drinks. You can also enjoy tasty homemade cakes, homemade ice cream and much more in our bar. You will find us on the main street in Dorf Tirol. In the warm months you can sit on our beautiful sun terrace.

The Principe is a reference-point in local restoration, a restaurant – pizzeria where since 1972 guests are heartily welcomed and find a genuine cuisine and savoury pizzas. Located in the centre of town, just a stone’s throw from Piazza Teatro, it offers several seating options including the bright dining room and, during the warm season, a terrace. The menu consists of classic Italian dishes along with some more typical local courses, with fresh fish every Thursday and Friday. There is an ample choice – for lunch as well -of about 80 kinds of pizza made with several doughs, including the wholemeal one, ranging from the very classic to the special and some more creative ones. All pizzas are obviously cooked in a wood-fired oven. Free Wi-fi is available.

Enjoy Italian coffee and choose from an array of delicious cream cakes, fruit flans and other baked goodies at our cake buffet. Our homemade specialities, for example strawberry cake, strawberry roulade, apple and quark strudel and, in autumn, our plum cake, are particularly popular with our guests.
