And we serve local specialities, such as filled pasta mezzelune (Schlutzkrapfen), tagliatelle made from spiced rye flatbread (Schüttelbrotbandnudeln), dumpling trio (Knödel-Tris) and steak from Laugen cattle from the Ulthental. High up in the Hirzer hiking area. Here on our alm at 1970 metres above sea level we will be happy to indulge you with a freshly prepared apple pancake or a bacon dumpling soup after a hike or lovely tour of the summits. The majority of our Tyrolean specialities are prepared using our own produce. Our private alm, or alpine pasture, is open right through from mid-April until the beginning of November. We will be pleased to provide you with suggested routes for hiking to the alm.
