Our restaurant/pizzeria/Bar lies in the centre of Castelrotto. The specialities are different variations of pizza, typical south-tyrolian food like "Schlutzkrapfen" and canederli.

Pizzeria, café, open all year around, snack, pizza after 5 p.m., big parking. Take away service from 5.00 to 8.00 p.m. Delivery service from 5.00 to 10.00 p.m.

Hosts Michael, Anni and Max look forward to preparing refreshments for you in their traditional hut. The Rungger hut is situated on the outer edge of the Alpe di Siusi on hiking trail no. 5 below the Spitzbühl and next to the Spitzbühl slope.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.

In our restaurant in Ums/Völs am Schlern we focus on fresh local produce. Almost all the herbs, vegetables and fruit we use come from our own vegetable garden and orchards. We love to spoil you with the delicious food we make: the owner – a keen chef – Florian Harder will prepare the best dishes of the traditional South Tyrol cuisine as well as typical Italian food for you. He passionately adds a personal twist to traditional recipes making tasty dishes that can satisfy any culinary taste. He prepares and decorates his tasty creations with such a love for detail that they will be a pleasure to look at. Anyone who wants to watch him cooking is welcome to step into the kitchen! The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

Visit our restaurant panorama valley directly on the panorama piste and only 5 going minutes of Compatsch. Enjoy the amazing view to the sciliar massive from our sunroof or the Apré's ski music in our igloo.

The Schgaguler hut offers typical dishes, as well as cheese, Speck (bacon) and local wines. Accessibility From Compaccio/Compatsch, follow trail no. 30 as far as Ritsch and then trail no. 9 to the Schgaguler hut. It takes ten minutes on foot from the mountain station of the Ortisei/St. Ulrich lift.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. Innerperskoler farm is located in sunny Aicha di Fiè, surrounded by vineyards and chestnut groves. The altitude of 700m above sea level favours both viniculture and cattle farming. In 2014/15 the Prieth family, the current owners, established a farmhouse inn where local South Tyroleans and tourists alike are welcome to delight in the fruits of the harvest.

At the restaurant Turm in the South Tyrol food lovers and gourmets will not be disappointed: we guarantee you highly pleasurable experiences for the most discerning palate, romantic moments and long-lasting memories. The sports zone Wasserebene is located just outside the village center of Castelrotto, the world-famous village due to its numerous personalities. On Wasserebene you will find everything a sportsman's heart desires, from a beach volleyball court, a children's playground, an artificial turf field, which can be rented for private tournaments and events, to a soccer field on which various top clubs (e.g. Fiorentina, Hellas Verona, Al Nasr) have already held their summer training camps. But not only sportive has the Sportzone Wasserebene a lot to offer. Culinary you will be spoiled by the boss himself. The traditional asparagus season starts on the water level, you can end your summer days with a cozy barbecue in company and in the cool winter months the year finds a culinary end with the two-week fish evenings.

Our traditional inn has been owned by the Baumgartner family since 1850. We have recently restored it with an eye for the detail so that it is still as cozy and welcoming as it used to be. The annexe houses several apartments for those who want to keep to themselves and enjoy their holidays independently.

The farm Laitnkeller is located in Aica di Fiè.

The restaurant "Schönblick" invites gourmets to enjoy with its unique panoramic location. The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious panoramic terrace, here you can experience a breathtaking sunset on balmy summer evenings. Guests are spoiled with regional and original dishes, a fine selection of wines and homemade ice cream. Every Wednesday barbecue evening in the summer.

Our spacious basement offers the possibility to celebrate your wedding, your birthday, your family celebration or your anniversary in a rustic full of Story ambience. Besides homemade products, which mainly counts our tender beef, we offer products of Völser farmers and farms.

The Heubad á-la-carte restaurant is equally appreciated by locals and hotel guests. The restaurant guide "Gault MIllau" is considering it one of the best restaurants in South Tyrol and awards it for years with a "toque" and 13 points. With its creative blend of South Tyrolean tradition and Mediterranean lightness, both for lunch and dinner it is a welcome addition to the delicious half board.
