Il ristorante Partanes, gestito dalla famiglia Burchia, si trova in posizione privilegiata in centro storico a Merano, proprio sulla Piazza del Duomo San Nicolò e alle porte dello storico Rione Steinach. La cucina offre i piatti della tradizione sudtirolese: molto apprezzati i menù a base di selvaggina, ma anche i piatti vegetariani e quelli adatti agli ospiti più piccoli. Particolarmente golosi i dessert di produzione artigianale. Nei mesi autunnali poi, il ristorante Partanes diventa punto d’incontro per il tradizionale "Törggelen" che unisce il piacere di assaggiare il mosto fresco a quello di gustare le caldarroste in un’atmosfera di conviviale allegria.
