The Grasleitenhütte is situated at 2165 meters, in the Natural Park Sciliar.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Homemade South Tyrolean specialities provide a welcome refreshment at lunchtime. The hut is just five minutes on foot from the Saltria bus stop and 100 metres from the valley station of the Florian chair lift, which is in operation both in summer and in winter. During the winter season, the ski slope leads directly to the hut.

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

The newly opened “Heualm” is located at 1,933 m above sea level surrounded by green flowering alpine meadows, larch trees and the Dolomites. The tranquillity of nature, the breathtaking all-round panorama and the wide and lush alpine meadow make this place special. Due to its idyllic location, delicious South Tyrolean culinary specialities and warm hospitality, the small alpine hut is a popular destination for hikers and connoisseurs. The Heualm can be reached comfortably by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. From Compatsch via hiking trail no. 7 and no. 6 with a duration of approx. 1 hour or via hiking trail no. 30 and no. 6/6b with a duration of approx. 1 hour.

The Hut "Schafstallhütte" is located at an altitude of 1500 meters above Kastelruth. In this rustic alpine hut, you can expect warm hospitality and homemade traditional South Tyrolean specialties. The hut can be reached on foot in 15 minutes from the top station of the Marinzen cable car via trail no. 9. From Kastelruth, trail no. 8 leads via the Witches' Chairs to the Schafstallhütte. Open only during the summer months.

Up here you will enjoy the magnificent view over the Rosengarten, the Vajolet towers and the Latemar, but also the fresh homemade specialities, spiced with different herbs and spices from the surrounding nature. Taste also a fresh salad from the garden behind the hut. Eassily accessible on different tracks with spectacular view from Tires, Fiè, Umes and from the Lake – laghetto di Fiè. The Malga Prossliner hut lies in the zone Tschapit at the foot of the Sciliars. She is attainable over the walk 10 from Spitzbühl or over the geologist path, starded from Bagni di Razes (Siusi allo Sciliar) Enjoy delicious dishes and home-made cakes

The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

Our hut is located at 1955 meters above sea level in the hiking area Karersee, right next to the middle station of the chairlift at the Paolinapiste. On our beautiful sun terrace with breathtaking views of the Rotwand directly above us, the Latemar, or the huge glacier world of Adamello, Cevedale, Ortler, Weißkugel etc. you can relax and unwind wonderfully. Our rustic alpine hut in the Dolomites is a popular and rewarding destination for hikers and bikers in summer. In winter we are also happy about ski tourers, snowshoe hikers and skiers.

Relax in the small hut after a leisurely walk. Soak up the sun and try the tasty dumplings and poppy-seed or jam doughnuts. The Tuene hut is situated on the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail.

The Laurin hut with ist cosy Tyrolean room and sun terrace with a view oft the Sciliar is somewhere to really relax and enjoy. The hosts offer typical Tyrolean dishes in a comfortable atmosphere.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

The malghetta Sciliar hut is situated on the foot of the Sciliar. The hut is starting Point for hikings and for climbing.

The Alpine Star hut is located at 2,045 m above sea level in the middle of the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park. The tranquility of nature, the magnificent all-round panorama of the fascinating mountains of the Dolomites and the lake make this place special. The Alpine Star hut is easily accessible by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. You can reach the hut on hiking trail number 7 from Compaccio. It takes about 1 hour. We are closed when the weather is bad, as we only have tables and seats outside.
