With fresh ingredients and a passion for perfection, we'll prepare mouth-watering dishes for your personal enjoyment. Come and experience it with all your senses! The Tschötsch Alm is open daily from 8:30 a.m. till 17:30 p.m. We serve warm dishes from 11:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. In the evening, we can prepare special treats for you, upon request. Cordial hospitality is a core value. You can reach us via numerous hiking trails, mountainbike routes, snowshoe hiking trails, and ski slopes.

The Almrosen hut is accessible via trail no. 7 from Compaccio/Compatsch and via the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail, which also starts in Saltria. It is the ideal starting point for hikes to the Sciliar/Schlern mountain, the Gruppo del Catinaccio/Rosengarten, and the Sasso Lungo/Langkofel and Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountains.

Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. On the restaurant bill 15 euros per person are credited to you.Try the treat of the slightly different cuisine - enjoy unique flavors and tastes that you find nowhere else.

Our hut is situated on the Alpe di Siusi in the middle of green mountain meadows rich of beautiful flowers. It ist he right spot for making a bread on your way up tot he Sciliar. Let yourself be papmpered with delicious typical homemade food, „Bretteljause“ (is a tasty South Tyrolean snack), specialities from milk and homemade desserts.

The Tuffalm is located near the Völser Weiher at the foot of the Schlern mountain. Hmmm, what a wonderful food fragrance touches my nose? I smell the warm sweetness of the potatoes and the spice smoked bacon. This mixture is refined, only just picked fresh alpine herbs and already on my plate! Appetite to get our Tyrolean Geröstl, or can it would rather be a freshly baked apple pie? The food on our mountain hut of Mahlknechthütte is very tasty and all meals are prepared with love.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

Cosy hut serving South Tyrolean specialities The Tschon hut, situated next to the ski slope, serves typical plain fare. The legendary “Tschon Stoan” (a rock) is close by.

Up here you will enjoy the magnificent view over the Rosengarten, the Vajolet towers and the Latemar, but also the fresh homemade specialities, spiced with different herbs and spices from the surrounding nature. Sesselschwaige, a cozy alpine inn on the slopes of Mount Sciliar A perfect hiking destination at the Sciliar, one of South Tyrole‘s best known landmarks Sesselschwaige is located about an hour's hike below the vast plateau of Mount Sciliar. Surrounded by green pastures, not far from a clear mountain creek, the inn is popular for taking a break on the way up or down from the Sciliar and its chalets. But the charming little alpine hut is a perfect destination itself and rewards the hiker with typical local culinary delights, fresh dairy products and splendid views of the surrounding woods, slopes and peaks. Since the cottage has no access road and can be reached only by foot, there is true peace and quiet to be found here. Here, you can still get in touch with nature without getting distracted by tacky decor and noisy crowds. The hike itself from Fiè allo Sciliar, Tires or Alpe di Siusi is reasonably easy and poses no major challenges

The Schgaguler hut offers typical dishes, as well as cheese, Speck (bacon) and local wines. Accessibility From Compaccio/Compatsch, follow trail no. 30 as far as Ritsch and then trail no. 9 to the Schgaguler hut. It takes ten minutes on foot from the mountain station of the Ortisei/St. Ulrich lift.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. We try to develop a close collaboration between the region’s agriculture and the tourism sector. RUSTIC - The old farmhouse parlour is more than 150 years old and comes from Val Pusteria. This special wood spreads a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. COSY - Using a professional mixture of tradtional and modern style and the combination of the old wood from local forests with natural stone and glass create this special alpine flair AUTHENTIC - Food should be consumed there where it is grown and harvested – according to this principle we are buying food, ingredients and drinks from local farmers of the area.

The Grasleitenhütte is situated at 2165 meters, in the Natural Park Sciliar.

Our alpine hut (1364 m) is situated in the natural park Sciliar -Catinaccio.

Homemade South Tyrolean specialities provide a welcome refreshment at lunchtime. The hut is just five minutes on foot from the Saltria bus stop and 100 metres from the valley station of the Florian chair lift, which is in operation both in summer and in winter. During the winter season, the ski slope leads directly to the hut.
