We start with an interesting theoretical introduction, that teaches you the most important basics of avalanche awareness. Then it's off into the terrain: together with a snow professional, you will interpret danger signs and enjoy the descent in the wintry terrain. Guided walking tour along the Freud-Promenade with the Freud–expert Francesco Marchioro on the occasion of Sigmund Freud's birthday "I was born on May 6, 1856 in Freiberg, Moravia." And how did this link between the ideal place for Bolzano residents to go for a bit of 'Sommerfrische', or summer cool, and the genius tourist Sigmund Freud come about? In a letter dating February 1911, he reveals to Carl Gustav Jung «Next summer. I need a place where I can be alone with a forest nearby». So, before Easter, on Friday, the 14th of April, he leaves Vienna in the company of his friend and pupil Sandor Ferenczi and makes a quick tour lasting just six days to find a suitable place around Trento and Bolzano. He returns to Vienna the following Thursday and his research produces excellent results in the form of Ritten/Renon near Bolzano. Consequently, on the 9th of July, Freud sets off from Karlsbad, where he was staying to recover from a bout of 'American colitis', and joins his family at Klobenstein. This is where the Freuds celebrate their silver wedding anniversary, on 14th September - the enjoyment of their holiday thus being enhanced by love and affection. Discover the natural material clay with Katja Battisti. In the Peterbühl area of Völs—an archaeological site where finds from various eras, including the late Bronze Age and early Middle Ages, have been uncovered—you will explore different techniques and experiment with natural pigments from the local area to decorate your clay creations. Each participant will have the chance to craft a flower pot or decorative vase to take home. Additional Info: If desired, Katja can fire your items for you. This process will take about a week. EXPERT: Katja Battisti, originally trained as a florist, later worked in painting and design therapy. Her journey has led her to explore a wide range of arts, crafts, natural and herbal knowledge, and spirituality. Far from the world

Safe in the bosom of the earth, you are there just for yourself, with everyday life far away on the outside, while fascinating music surrounds you. Various singing bowls, gons and other instruments are played in these sound baths. Soft sounds and dim lighting will lead you into a world where you can slow down for two hours, cut off from all outside contact. The mountain takes you into itself, free from all electromagnetic radiation, pollen, fine dust or hectic activity.

Registration obligatory, duration 2 hours, warm clothes are required and sturdy footwear for the entry into the gallery is recommended. Helmets and raincoats are provided by the Museum, as well as the slippers for the climate gallery, if necesarry.

The bearded vulture has its breeding ground in specific parts of the Stelvio National Park. But what exactly this might mean, and why and what we should all doubt more often - and perhaps least of all science - are the questions we want to examine this evening.

From Tschengls we walk gently uphill to the Standlairhof farm. From there, we walk past St. Ottilia and along a beautiful field path back to Tschengls.
