A restored and modernised sparkling wine cellar with an impressive tasting room has been constructed between the "Portici" and the "Via Galilei". The well-known, excellent grappa from Merano finds its origin there. The distillates - such as Treber, Gewürztraminer (Traminer aromatic), Chardonnay, Goldmuskateller (Moscato Giallo) and Pinot Noir - are noble and harmonious in taste, with the scent and intensity of local grape varieties from Merano and the surrounding area.
