Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

Pierluigi da Palestrina, Jacob Clemens non Papa The summer festival sponsored by Musik & Kirche begins with a concert by the De Labyrintho ensemble directed by Walter Testolin. The ensemble, founded in 2001, specializes in polyphony typical of Renaissance composers and has achieved great critical acclaim internationally. As many as four records have been named “album of the month” by Amadeus magazine. The ensemble has recorded discs with some of the most important record labels, including Archiv Deutsche Grammophon, Sony Music, Arcana, Stradivarius, Emi, Harmonia Mundi and Warner. Art Affair - Experience old crafts Wood turning, basket making, blacksmithing, shoe repairs, spinning and knitting - old crafts from the Val d'Ega, some of which have already been forgotten, are given a special stage at this event. From Friday, 12th July to Sunday, 14th July, local associations organise the village festival. Friday evening: Opening of the village festival, tapping of the barrel with guests of honour from sport & politics. Festivities throughout the village with live bands, DJs and culinary delights. Festivities until 02.00 ore Saturday, from 5.00 p.m.: Start of the festivities with tasty treats and refreshing drinks. At approx. 17.30 hrs: Return of the round trip "Olt, roschtig und mindestens 2 Radler" with subsequent vehicle exhibition. Festive operation until 02.00 hrs Sunday, 11.00 a.m.: Start of the festival with a morning pint, musical entertainment and Villnöss specialities. 2.00 p.m.: big parade with the motto "olt und volle roschtig". Forty years have passed since the first edition of the Bolzano Dance Festival. Four decades of uninterrupted programming for an investigation of today's dance in the round, in step with the times, styles, contaminations and technological evolutions. A birthday-achievement celebrated with an edition simply called "40", to be held in Bolzano and its surroundings from 12 to 27 July, which gathers together artists "friends" of the Festival for an exploration of the latest trends on the Italian and European scene, enclosed in a programme full of absolute debuts, national premieres and co-productions.
