Schlachthof Sessions is curated by Giangee — DJ, producer, and someone who’s always believed in the power of music when it’s given space to breathe. The idea is simple: to create nights where music truly matters. Where artists can express themselves freely, without pressure or pretence.
The vibe is closer to a hidden room than a club — warm lights, honest sound, and a crowd that listens. No ego. No formulas. Just deep grooves and shared moments.
From dubby rhythms to hypnotic house and beyond, every session is a carefully crafted journey.
We pause after our final date on July 4th, and return in September, recharged.
This isn’t about trends.
It’s about presence.
It’s about the art of sound.

When autumn begins in the southern Valle Isarco/Eisacktal, it starts also the so-called Törggele-season. Chiusa/Klausen celebrates the beginning of this ancient tradition with a big festival.
From 19th September to 21st September, the artist's city Chiusa dedicates itself entirely to the traditions of the "Törggelen" and transforms itself into some kind of outdoor tavern.
Through the streets of the town, gastronomic stands offer various South Tyrolean specialties, such as Knödel, Schlutzkrapfen, sausages with sauerkraut (fermented cabbage), doughnuts, Strauben and roasted chestnuts.
A rich selection of white wines from the Valle Isarco completes the culinary offer. The festival has also a colourful entertainment program and a lot of popular music.
in the Commandery Lengmoos at 3.30 p.m., Price: € 7.
The Upcycling Band consists of four professional percussionists and multi-instrumentalists from the Trentino–South Tyrol region: Max Castlunger, Georg Malfertheiner, Manfred Gampenrieder, Mirko Pedrotti. All three of the region’s language groups — German, Italian, and Ladin — are represented. Through music, they have found the best form of communication!
These percussion virtuosos perform exclusively on instruments and sound objects built personally by Max Castlunger from reused materials, embracing sustainability. A one-of-a-kind sound experience that delights both the ears and the eyes!
Their music is inspired by a wide range of world music traditions and transports the audience to distant lands.
