Our events combines music and enjoyment in the village centre. Visitors can also expect a tasting of alpine and mediterranean delicacies during a traditional concert by our local music bands.

During the day, everyone can find their way. Thanks to the romantic torches that accompany us on the hike across the high plateau, physical activity in the fresh air is no problem even at night.

There won't be a dry eye in the house - the "Vollmond" - Band's show promises top musical enjoyment combined with an attack on the laugh muscles. Also taking part is the show entertainer Sax Martl - known for his appearances at the Munich Oktoberfest. There are always guest appearances by local musicians and groups.

Summer evenings in Schenna: music & shopping. Stroll through the centre of the village after your evening meal, listen to music, browse in the shops and boutiques and buy some souvenirs to take home with you. In summer, contemporary and folk music bands fill the evening air with music in Schenna. Societies in Schenna also organise various forms of entertainment. Shop opening hours in the evenings: 8pm to 9:30pm.

From 19 June to 10 July, the KLANGfeste will once again offer a wide range of musical styles: from classical music to jazz, from contemporary folk music to world music, from the sound of the flamenco guitar to the delicate melodies of the zither, from a cappella singing to the sound of the trumpet; there is something for every musical taste. But all the concerts have one thing in common: the artistic skill of the musicians and the surprising freshness of their music. The atmospheric atmosphere of Runkelstein Castle does the rest to create a special concert evening.

The Plawennpark in the heart of Silandro is the idyllic stage of our weekly evening concerts in the summer months. Today, we enjoy the dances of the folk dance group "Volkstanzgruppe Schlanders", with a view of the high tower of the parish church, the historic town hall and Schlandersberg Castle, which is perched high on the rock.

The Soirées at Tyrol Castle are held every year in June and July, on five Thursdays. Now for the 34th year, top international ensembles give impressive concerts in the Great Hall of Tyrol Castle, presenting music from different countries and cultures. During the interval you will be able to taste some culinary specialities, prepared according to original medieval recipes. After the concert you can look forward to the next highlight: The walk back to the centre of the village will be illuminated by more than a hundred torches. The Selva band is a milestone in the cultural life of Val Gardena, their performances such as concerts, parades and religious processions are highly appreciated. In addition to traditional marches and classical pieces, the repertoire includes more and more original compositions for wind orchestra and modern pieces by contemporary composers. During these 90 years of activity, the Selva band has participated in numerous competitions and has always achieved extremely positive results. At the moment, Selva's band is made up of about 40 musicians.

We are deeply attached to our Ladin traditions and we would like to give them as much value as we can. That is why we want to introduce you to our traditional music. And where better than in a mountain hut? The majestic peaks of the Dolomites will be the backdrop for the concert of the local group Böhmische La Villa. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
