Every Tuesday, music enlivens the city center, accompanied by events and much more. It's a popular occasion for locals from Merano, who flock into town along with visitors from the surrounding area to enjoy the summer atmosphere. We want to open the doors and reveal the secrets of this treasure to you too, through small Ladin language courses, visits to the most important institutions in the valley, the places that preserve the history and culture of our Ladin mother tongue. The 26th edition of the KLANGfeste summer concert series at Runkelstein Castle once again promises musical diversity with outstanding musicians. On July 9th, the woodwind quintet QuinTirol invites you to an atmospheric concert in the parish church of Niederolang. Five experienced musicians from North, South, and East Tyrol will present a diverse program of original works – ranging from classical to contemporary music.
