Le lüch te paisc - Farmers in town

Corvara, Dolomites Region Alta Badia

In Corvara, the closed-off street comes alive with traditions: local producers sell their craft, food stands offer regional dishes, and live music sets the mood.

from center
The closed-off street of Corvara turns into a true open-air market. Visitors can meet beekeepers, cheesemakers, farmers, and herbalists in person, who present and sell their products: organic honey, artisanal cheeses, alpine herbs, local flours, and preserves. The food stands, run by local restaurateurs and associations, offer dishes prepared with the same ingredients, providing a genuine farm-to-table experience. Craft beers, natural juices, and other regional beverages complete the offer. Who’s waiting for you along the center of Corvara? A journey through authentic flavors, passionate faces, and stories rooted in earth, sky, and tradition. Let your curiosity lead the way and discover who will make this experience truly special: Products to buy: Bio Lüch Ruances • Yogurt • Cheese Cheese Dairy – Ciajó de Chi Prà • Yogurt • Cheese Flusdemunt – Milio (beekeeper) • Honey Helga (botanical expert) • Forest aperitif (to enjoy on site) • Meadow lemonade (to enjoy on site) • Scented sachets • Aromatic salts • Herbal teas Dolomites Farm – Bio-ethical farming • Alpaca wool products • Eggs ________________________________________ Dishes to enjoy on site: Hotel Col Alto (with Bio Lüch Ruances) • Homemade green spinach spätzle, sautéed in butter and sage, served with a mousse of semi-aged organic wild cheese from Bio Lüch Ruances with swiss pine and porcini mushrooms, and speck crumble from South Tyrol La Stüa de Michil – Simone Cantafio (with Ciajó de Chi Prà) • Crepe filled with watercress, crispy green beans and potatoes, white mountain chicken ragout in yakitori style, fondue made with Graukäse cheese from Chi Prá farm Stüa dal Tê Raetia (with Milio & Helga) • Cold herbal tea • Forest and meadow desserts prepared with honey from Milio and herbs from Helga Seppi Bakery • Twisted stick bread Biraria L’Murin • Craft beer Children will have their own space during the event too: they’ll get to pet the alpacas from the Dolomites Farm and even try milking a cow.
