During the winter season the shop is open daily from 8:30 am to 12 noon and from 3 pm to 7 pm, ski hire from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, and at weekends the ski hire shop is open from 8:30 am to 7 pm.

The certified skiing instructors from the ski school “Ladinia” shows you the correct handling of skis and snowboards with passion and professionalism. All of them regularly attend further trainings and courses to maintain the high educational standards.
Some of the skiing instructors are former ski racers and coaches of the Italian national ski team and possess a particularly high level of expertise.

The dairy and the little shop have been in business since 2005. 
The basis of our cheeses is the milk produced twice a day by our cows. From the row milk and with a considerable expenditure of energy and of manual work we prepare genuine South Tyrolean specialties too. For example, the typical grey cheese „Graukäse“, is used to prepare some typical Tyrolean dishes, for example cheese dumplings, which taste fantastic with onion and olive oil.

Currently we offer 5 types of cheese, each one of unique and unmistakable taste. The cheeses are ripened for periods ranging from about 3 weeks to 5 months, before they can be sold.

As well as our cheeses, you will also find ricotta and butter, too, as well as fruit and natural yoghurt.

The Ski Cross Track La Crusc guarantees fun and action outside the “typical slope”. It is a revolutionary route with freeride and freestyle oriented elements, distant from the crowd, created for skiers and snowboarders of all ages. A sequence of big steep turns, rollers, drops and jumps on the perfectly primed cross-slope offers powder-entertainment at its best. 

On the Free Ride Cross of La Crusc you will experience a shift from the slope to the backcountry, while having a view on the unique panorama of the mountain massif Sas dla Crusc (Kreuzkofel – Santa Croce). 

I have been practising the profession of mountain guide for over 30 years. Mine has been a life choice I have strongly desired since I was a boy, when I only wanted to spend all my time in the mountains. The Dolomites and Corvara are my favourite place for climbing, hiking and off-piste descents in the surrounding mountains, but also in the Alps, the mountains of the Mediterranean, Scandinavia and many other places. Accompanying people on mountaineering activities is an important assumption of responsibility, but it means first of all understanding their expectations and opening up to them the most authentic aspects of the mountains. After having been part of a team of guides for many years, I preferred to do the job individually in order to give more attention to all those aspects that are important to me in this profession, first and foremost the friendship with the pupil.

Church of St. Jakob and St. Leonard: the first reference to the church comes from a 14th century document. 

The bell tower is in gothic style while the inside of the church is in rococò style. The interior paintings are the work of M. Günther, executed in 1778, and make this church the most significant rococò monument in Ladinia.

The hamlets are farming communities spread over the slopes of Val Badia at an altitude of between 1200 and 1700 metres.

They differ from typical farms in the rest of South Tyrol in their concentrated form as well as their basic structure and administration.

The space under the bridge leading to the barn and the paths that link everything together belong to all the farmers in the hamlet.
The surrounding field are divided so that each family can earn a living.

The farm houses are located one next to the other in the hamlets and next to them the fodder stores, the corn silo, the wood shed, the well and a small chapel.

However, if online is not for you and you prefer to purchase your pass on arrival while picking up a few tips from the staff, you can go to one of the skipass sales offices in Alta Badia.

The co-operative has been founded in the year 2000 by 9 beekeepers and apiarists from Val Badia.

The whole Alta Badia region is one big playground in the summer with its meadows and woods. But this, for us in Alta Badia, wasn’t enough: the beautiful natural surroundings became the foundation for the design of enjoyable play parks.

Each of the six towns of Alta Badia has therefore at least one game park for children: in Corvara there is one by the pine wood and another one by the biotope lake.

In the winter playground, Snowy Adventure, located on the slope near the Baby La Crusc ski lift in Badia, the youngest children can have fun in a park designed specifically for their needs. Here they can slide down on snow discs or tubes, or enjoy riding on fun inflatable animals.

For parents, comfortable benches have been set up at the edge of the park, where they can keep an eye on their little ones while relaxing in the warm afternoon sun.

Gaining speed on snow waves, keeping the knee muscles active and carving through banked curves with loads of flow. It's not the giant slalom on the Gran Risa slope in Alta Badia but the speed alternative for every ski enthusiast: the Funcross La Para!
The funcross track is a home to skilled carvers as well as speed-enthusiastic racers thanks to its two starting points.
The first of them sends motivated winter athletes over high-speed snow waves, whereas the other one challenges skiers and snowboarders with banked curves and directional changes. Either way - the flow is guaranteed both ways which expand over 600 meters in total.

It is time to start! Take one last breath after the exit from the chairlift Biok and GO!
You generate speed before even hitting the first four snow waves thanks to a powerful start. Slack knees and a compact posture definitely help preparing for rapid waves and the first banked curve. After this, you are facing two more waves and a banked turn chicane followed by a jump that is best handled Dominik-Paris-style before getting back into position. Now, this part merges with the second Funcross part of La Para. Dash across the last waves, banked curves and a final jump before finishing with slightly burning legs.
Nevertheless, your Funcross La Para experience has not come to an end yet. Take the t-bar lift La Para and head over to the second starting point of the Funcross where carving fans finally find their satisfaction: Taking on dynamic banked curves, you will experience a flow of different kind. And of course, a final jump must not be missed before both compartments merge. One Funcross. Double Experience. This is the Funcross La Para. Double the flow!

So, what are you waiting for? This unique race experience is accessible via the Piz Sorega lift, the Biok chairlift and La Para t-bar lift.

The Kidslope Pralongiá II was created specifically for children. A short slalom with gates made of fairytale characters, which give the slope a unique feel.

The path of the Kidslope is easily accessible by the chairlift Pralongiá II. Here, over a distance of 950 meters, the kids can whiz safely on steep turns, jump the many bumps, ski through six tunnels of snow and give five to two nice obstacles to celebrate a successful descent.
