Welcome to our restaurant in Corvara, Burjè 1968. Chef Nicola Laera, assisted by his staff, is a passionate cook. The basis of his dishes is the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, which are carefully sought among producers and suppliers who work with ethics and sustainability. Chef Laera awaits you with his Fine Dining culinary proposal to offer you a journey of strong and authentic flavours. Dogs are welcome in the bistro and on the outdoor terrace. However, pets and children unter 14 are not allowed during the evening service in the restaurant. On Sunday evening the restaurant is closed.

Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It's open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it? From our sun terrace the breathtaking mountain backdrop is enchanting, with views of the Sella group, Langkofel and Cir peaks. The hut, which is situated at 2220 metres above sea level, offers a cosy, leisurely atmosphere in its lovingly furnished Tyrolean parlours, plus delicious, stylish food.

Near the Sanctuary, at the foot of Mount S. Croce you can discover one of the most famous and old mountain huts of the region. The little church dates back to 1484, while the house was built later in 1718. The mountain hut, where once pilgrims and wayfarers would stop, offers a welcoming and typically local environment, with old lounges, walls completely covered in wood and with the characteristic stone floors. Here you can find the famous "Kaiserschmarren" with bilberry jam, the eggs with speck and potatoes and the polenta with cheese and muschrooms. During the summer season it is also possible to stay overnight.

An exclusive refuge in Alta Badia - the ideal place in summer and winter. The PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, adjacent to the mountain station of the Boé cable car, is conveniently accessible for everyone: skiers, hikers or even families with children. Here, an unusual, modern alpine hut awaits you, characterised by ample space and modern furnishings. You can admire the Dolomite panorama from the large windows of the KELINA Fine Dine, sip a special aperitif in our AMIRÉ Lounge or have lunch together in the PLAN DE SASC - Show Cooking Area with a breathtaking view of the Sassongher.

In the heart of the Dolomites, 2,100 metres above sea level, you can enjoy the warmth of traditional Ladin cuisine, with dishes that reflect the local area. The refuge can also be reached by the Gardenacia cableway, followed by a 40-minute walk. It was completely restored in spring 2009 and is run by the Nagler family of Badia.

Ristorante Porcino is a fine dining restaurant nestled in the Badia Hill Hotel, named after the prized porcini mushroom – the “gold of the Dolomites.” Led by Chef Marco Verginer and sommelier Michaela Mair, it offers a creative tasting menu that blends Alpine flavors with Mediterranean finesse. The refined interior and panoramic mountain views create an unforgettable setting. Dinner is served exclusively through two seasonal tasting menus, available by reservation only.

The Ütia Nagler is located in the beautiful Dolomites of Alta Badia, below the Sasso Santa Croce in Badia. The cuisine of the Ütia Nagler in Badia is a homage to the flavours of South Tyrol. The restaurant offers a wide range of traditional Ladin dishes prepared with care and passion. Among the most popular dishes are the homemade cajincì (stuffed crescents), various types of polenta, eggs and bacon potatoes, apple strudel with vanilla sauce. There is also no shortage of classic dishes such as pasta and steaks. Ice cream sundaes are very popular in the summer. On colder days, hot chocolate, steaming mulled wine and bombardino are always available. The Alfarei family has been running the refuge since 2004. The cooperation and experience of the family make for a particularly friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which pervades the entire refuge.

The refuge is an ideal place for recreation during a hike or to stop for a bite to eat during a ski day – on your way on the Sellaronda, don't hesitate to visit us at the refuge Edelweiss. Our kitchen offers tasty dishes of typical Ladin, Mediterranean and express cuisine. For a slightly different evening, we invite you to try a hut dinner, which we organise weekly during the winter (every Thursday evening on reservation. Snowcat transport).

In summer guided excursion discovering the healing properties of alpine plants. Together with Helga, you’ll learn about mountain herbs and plants that have soothing, healing, cosmetic and culinary properties. On this easy walk, your guide will reveal a few tricks for transforming the plants you collect into delicious dressings and natural healing products. A sweet-smelling walk! Together with the pre-existing buildings, summit station of the cable car and pizza pavilion, the new mountain restaurant forms a courtyard situation sheltered from the wind in the very exposed, protected landscape site.  The new building, however, crouches down, an elongated single-story building, and appears almost as if part of the site. The architecture goes against the usual style of a mountain hut: a wide, cantilevered platform roof protects the underlying perimetric floor-to-ceiling glass façade, which makes the building appear more transparent and lighter. Familiar materials, though, were used: wood terraces, wood furniture, as well as natural stone masonry for the kitchen and adjoining room area. Three timber-clad cubes divide the otherwise completely open floor plan of the spacious guest area, which feels more like a lounge than a mountain hut.
