The rental offers a large choice of skiing brands and the right equipment for everyone. Other than it disposes of sledges, cross country and ski touring equipment, helmets and also offer top consulting.

The Piz La Ila Active Park is suitable for the whole family with games and activities for children and adults.

In the Piz La Ila Movimënt park, easily accessible by the cable car from La Villa to Piz La Ila, you will find just the right balance between physical effort and peace of mind. There are areas dedicated to sports and entertainment combined with relaxation and reflexology areas, you will not want to leave this delightful plateau of Alta Badia.

Then there is the area set up to prepare for the winter season, where you can run between the posts and use the fitness equipment to strengthen your legs and abs.

In the middle of the park there is a slackline zone, a game of balance that is catching on all over the world, with varying degrees of difficulty and height.

At Piz La Ila Active Park you can't miss the large relaxation area with a small lake and a waterfall as well as Kneipp reflexology paths. Relax and listen to the nature that is all round the Movimënt park.

From the Piz La Ila park you can quickly and easily reach the other Movimënt parks at Piz Sorega and Pralongiá on foot or by e-bike.

Our riding stable Badia is set in the heart of the Dolomites and welcomes you to Alta Badia.

You will feel among friends, that the horses are safe and well cared-for, and that you can progress at your own pace.

Evelyn and Davide expect you to offer you lessons for adults and children in our stable or having nice trips on the numerous paths of our valley for experts only. The riding stable is open all year round.

You can also reach us with your own horse. We will offer you shelter and fodder.

The Armentara meadows, a natural biotope in which flora and fauna merge harmoniously, are a natural spectacle of rare beauty. By crossing soft mountain meadows, in summer you can admire rare orchids, silicate spruce trees, larch meadows, stone pine forests and more than 60 varieties of birds. Wide pastures testify the work of our farmers who have shaped the landscape respecting its delicate natural balance.

In winter the Armentara meadows are the idyllic location for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

Break Out was founded in 1997 by Ivo Rudiferia, a ski and snowboard instructor, former Italian athlete, snowboard world champion ‘96, and a great cycling enthusiast, to pass on his passion in the sale of sporting goods dedicated to the mountains. La Spezialité was founded in 2020 from our idea. We are Patrick and Sylvia, husband and wife. Combining our food knowledge, we personally and sustainably seek out authentic and genuine products offered by the farms and small producers of South Tyrol. La Spezialité offers a complete food proposal, with a wine selection, homemade desserts, and a section for artisanal cosmetics.

Situated a mere 20 metres from the Piz Sorega telecabine, the only uplift from San Cassiano to the slopes, ensures that our Ski Rental is convenient and very easily accessible.

As a result of holding a wide range and branding of equipment, such as Stöckli, Salomon, Rossignol, K2, Head, AK and Atomic, the ski hire caters for the needs of all levels, from the first day beginner right up to the more advanced and disconcerting skier and snowboarder.

The hire has 250 electronically opened lockers for the effortless storage of skis and boots.

For a long time the existence of La Crusc as a place of pilgrimage had been established on the basis of documents from the year 1511. And then two further parchment documents emerged with evidence pointing to an earlier existence. The first mentioned a church consecration; the second contained the story of “Morellus de Caninis” who made a pilgrimage to Rome in 1500 in order to seek favours for the La Crusc church.

Numerous relics are preserved in the altar of the church, such as those of St Leonhard (to whom the parish church of San Leonardo/Badia is dedicated), St Hippolitus, St Virgilius (Bishop of Salzburg), St Mary Magdalena, St Agnes and St Barbara.

Nowadays there are several processions to the church during the summer season, and there is an important service on the first Sunday in June.

The centre point of the First World War ski tour is the symbolic mountain of the 1st world war, Mount Col di Lana. The 80 km (49 mi) tour takes you around this mountain. Everywhere, you will find traces of World War 1: Artefacts from the war era, trenches running right through the rocks, parapet walks and forts.

In Alta Badia, you will start in Corvara and go to Campolongo Pass until you reach Arabba. Via Arabba and Porta Vescovo, you will reach Malga Ciapela/Marmolada. From here, you can take a detour to Marmolada Glacier (3,342 m / 10,964 ft). The lifts at Marmolada are included in the Dolomiti Superski pass.

Continue with the ski bus to Alleghe, where you can explore the runs of the skiing region Civetta. The ski bus takes you from Pescul to the Fedare hut (Giau Pass). From the Fedare slope you reach the forcella Croda Negra (Croda Negra pass) with a two-seater chair-lift.

On the north side of the Forcella Negra the new Averau-Troi ski track brings you to the Col Gallina and to Passo Falzarego where you continue for Alta Badia with the Lagazuoi ski tour.

For the whole tour you need approximately 7 and 8 hours. Therefore, we recommend to take off in the early morning in order to finish the tour in time before the lifts close.

The tour can be done either clockwise or anti-clockwise, and in both cases there are sections in the ski bus, the ticket for which must be purchased directly on board - not included in the ski pass. The counter-clockwise route includes an atmospheric section of approx. 1.5 km in which skiers are pulled by a parade of Norse horses. 

One of the most spectacular descents of this tour is definitely the ski slope that from the top of Lagazuoi descends towards Armentarola in Alta Badia, the longest ski slope in the Dolomites.

Easily accessible by the Piz Sorega to San Cassiano cable car, the Movimënt Bear Park is a place dedicated to the carefree and pure fun for children, with so many activities to discover and learn fun and interesting things about nature.

A real bear cave with games and trivia dedicated to this incredible animal that lives in our mountains lies just below the mountain station of Piz Sorega, discover its secrets, jump onto a soft carpet with your friends and hear a real bear roar! Outdoors in winter you'll find a very special mini-golf circuit, also dedicated to bears, a zip line, water games with wells and fountains, a special beehive shaped slide and lots of other games for children of all ages.

Still on the subject of bears, children can try to dig up the bones of the famous "Ursus Ladinicus", actually found in 1987 in a cave in the Conturines mountain.

The Piz Sorega park is also equipped with an area dedicated to movement and fitness, where you can have fun and develop your sports skills in complete safety. In addition, there's an artificial oasis with a water path, better known as a Kneipp path, and with a series of wooden channels where you can open and close the small dams to have fun together.

From the Bear Park at Piz Sorega you can quickly and easily reach the other Movimënt parks at Piz La Ila and Pralongià on foot or by e-bike.
