Overlooking the beautiful Piazza Walther, the Loacker Café in the Palais Campofranco is the ideal place for a delightful break in the heart of Bolzano's historic center. Thanks to its southwest-facing exposure, the Loacker Café is filled with sunlight from the early hours of the morning, and from February to October, guests can also enjoy Piazza Walther from the spacious outdoor terrace. At the Loacker Shop, you can experience a delicious journey of discovery through the world of Loacker specialties, from our classic wafers and chocolate products to unique gift ideas and new products. Our hotel is located directly on the idyllic Grieser Platz, a listed group of constructions. The remarkable ornamentation on the borders of buildings and the rural character of the former spa of Gries emanate a special charm. The self-service restaurant and the cosy Tyrolean Stube on the ground floor of the Kolpinghaus are open daily, Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. The central location of the restaurant offers its guests a tasty two-course menu of South Tyrolean specialities every day, consisting of classic and international dishes and a large vegetable and salad buffet. On request and by prior arrangement, the restaurant is also open in the evening and at weekends for groups of travellers.

"Buschenschank" - Tyrolean tavern with home cooking

The traditional hotel "Locher" is nestled in a very quiet and sunny area, in the South-west of the fabolous tableland of Salto. The idyllic position of the hotel makes it the perfect place where to stay for your holidays or the ideal destination for your excursions in any season.

The restaurant with its two large terraces in the centre of Bolzano Bozen has been run by the family business since 1973. Behind the AIDA operates a large kitchen and service team that spoils its many customers with a varied selection of dishes all year round.

Renovated again a few years ago with a fresh but genuinely traditional style, it is the first room in the historic centre where, sitting at tables in the garden, you are kissed by the sun.

The restaurant Tomanegger is sitauted directly near to the hiking bus stop. Its grand terrace offers a magnificent view of Catinaccio (Rosengarten) and Dolomites. The menu is versatile and includes both Italian and South Tyrolean specialities. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday.

In the heart of Bolzano, just a few steps from Walther Square, the newly opened Pur Südtirol Genussmarkt at Mustergasse 3A invites you to taste and discover. In addition to thousands of South Tyrolean specialties, here you will find a selection of organic and seasonal delights such as focaccias, toast, filled sandwiches, and fresh salads to take away. The offering is completed by a carefully chosen selection of wines, which, together with specialties and rare finds, delights every palate.

Relaxing and enjoyable hours await you in our traditional Gasthof am Tschögglberg. Surrounded by a beautiful hiking area we got down the sense of good and beautiful in the cradle. The aromatic blend of spicy South Tyrolean cuisine and light Mediterranean cuisine is framed by warm hospitality and homely rooms. Whether for refreshments after a walk, a merenda (snack lunch), a bite to eat or something more substantial, at lunchtime or in the evening, our establishment is always worth a visit. Our kitchen is open daily (except Wednesdays) from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, offering lovingly prepared Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities as well as international dishes.
