Our cuisine is known for its homemade food and excellent service. Every day we serve you in our Chalet in San Candido / Versciaco with different daily specials such as homemade pasta (Schlutzer), alpine cheese grilled, and much more. Very delicious are also the homemade desserts like the apple pie or the buckwheat cake. Dinner only on request.

The "Steinrast" 1.723m is hide in the most beautiful lateral valley of the Val d'Ultimo. In summer the "Steinrast" is an ideal starting point for splendid hikes and excursions. We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. Many way-marked footpaths guarantees fun for everyone. We spoil our guests apart from the traditional tyrolean cuicine also with dishes containing home made herbs. For the small ones we offer large tracts on the grass to have fun and play.

The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!

Enjoy a selection of the many culinary delights that our host and Chef Karl and his experienced kitchen staff prepare. Relax and let us guide you throught the menu, from finely garnished bacon and cheese platters, delicious soups, generous Italian and South Tyrolean starters to exquisite meat and bushmeat dishes. Served as a feast for the eyes, the local specialties such as tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, spinach noodles or dumpling dishes give you the flair of the South Tyrolean Alps. Our desserts like the homemade apple pie, the delicious “Germknödel” (germ dumpling) or our “Preiselbeeromlettes” (Cranberry omelettes) provide a cozy warm feeling in the stomach when the mountain air stimulates your appetite.

The Madritsch Hut is located in Solda, below the Madritsch Pass in the middle of the mountain world around King Ortles. The hut can be reached via the large Solda panoramic cable car to the mountain station at 2,610 m. The family-friendly hiking trail along the summer pasture of Reinhold Messner's yaks takes you to the Madritsch Hut (2,820 m) in around 1 hour. On the sun terrace you will be enchanted by Tyrolean specialties and the breathtaking mountain scenery. The Madritsch hut, which is typically furnished with wood, was largely rebuilt in 2017 and furnished in a modern style. The kitchen spoils you with traditional South Tyrolean & Italian dishes such as Tyrolean dumplings, Schlutzkrapfen and delicious Kaiserschmarrn. In the Yak Bar, hot chocolate or coffee awaits you and in Europe’s highest igloo, cool beer, Willi afterwards and great après-ski music await you. Enjoy the unique view of the Ortler Group from the sun terrace.

The mountain wind has turned – new faces and an innovative mountain cuisine are moving into what was once the Williams Hut: a variety of influences melt into spicy game, delicious burgers and pizza. We are wild and free – we love variety. We want to make wild o’williams into a destination – a hot hut at the heart of the South Tyrolean highlands. Check out our revival this summer – you’ll be simply wow!

Chalet Zuegg 1.776 m At the foot of Mount Ifinger, Chalet Zuegg blends modern architecture with alpine charm and refined cuisine. In the Merano 2000 ski and hiking area, guests can enjoy regional specialties, creative gourmet dishes, and selected wines. On certain days, tasteful live music adds an extra touch to the dining experience.

The Restaurant Pizzeria Sports Center is located directly on the Haunold / Baranci skiing and hiking area in Innichen / San Candido. The tasty pizzas and the South Tyrolean cuisine attract many locals and guests. The menu with dishes from the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region is definitely promising! There is something for every gourmet: from various salads to homemade dumplings, pasta dishes, goulash and sweet desserts. A highlight of the kitchen is the large selection of pizzas from the charcoal oven (pizza only in the evening). The homemade pizza dough topped with fresh and regional products will win over every pizza lover - whether classic, calzone, white pizza or vegetarian pizza.
