Ski Huts in South Tyrol

The Schgaguler hut offers typical dishes, as well as cheese, Speck (bacon) and local wines. Accessibility From Compaccio/Compatsch, follow trail no. 30 as far as Ritsch and then trail no. 9 to the Schgaguler hut. It takes ten minutes on foot from the mountain station of the Ortisei/St. Ulrich lift.

The Restaurant Pizzeria Sports Center is located directly on the Haunold / Baranci skiing and hiking area in Innichen / San Candido. The tasty pizzas and the South Tyrolean cuisine attract many locals and guests.

The ski lodge Pfeifer Huisele, located directly at the top station of the Ladurns ski area, offers hot meals with South Tyrolean specialties such as dumpling dishes, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. The hut is a meeting point for young and old, to enjoy in-house grappa or hot special drinks in an exuberant mood.

The Resciesa Alpine Hut has been newly build and this historical place for Val Gardena was reopened in winter 2010/2011. The hut lies 1,4 km (0.8 miles) west of the uphill station of the new funicular that takes you from downtown Ortisei to the mountains of Resciesa. You reach our hut after a 30 minutes walk on a flat, comfortable path. During the winter you can descend on sleds from the hut all the way to Ortisei. We offer typical dishes with an eye to local tradition. You can also stay for one or more nights: we have comfortable double rooms with private bathroom or shared rooms.

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. The rustic Sangon hut is located at the foot of Mount Seceda, surrounded by the fabulous UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. In the cosy alpine hut you can enjoy typical home-made dishes, all accompanied by a careful selection of natural, honest and authentic South Tyrolean wines, just as we want to be. Situated at an altitude of 1860 metres, with a panoramic sun-kissed terrace from morning to evening, it is an ideal meeting place for both hikers and bikers in summer, and skiers in winter. In summer, it is a popular destination for hikers of all ages. Sun loungers invite you to relax, while your little ones have fun at the playground and on the green alpine meadows. In winter, it is easily accessible on skis from both Col Raiser and Seceda, and is an ideal location for a tasty lunch break or to enjoy a sunset aperitif before the last downhill ski run.

Opening in winter from December until Easter and in the summer from the end of May until end of October. Maddalena and Raffael with their sons Daniel and Luca welcome you to their Baita Sanon, where there is a wounderfull traditional tyrolean atmospher.

Our ski lodge in Ratschings, the Schistodl, is located directly on the valley run. For lunch we serve 30 different pizzas and delicious specialties from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. In winter, we offer you from 11 am to 18 clock throughout hot meals. In summer the Schitodl is closed.

The skilift in Terenten offers perfect skiing conditions and a stunning view of the surrounding landscape from early December to early March. The terrace of the skibar is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful winter atmosphere.

The Larchegg Jausenstation is located directly at the station of the chairlift Breiteben at approx. 1,900 m in the immediate vicinity of the ski school Ultental Valley.

The renovated and rustic hut with possibility to sleepover and the tipical kitchen. Open from mid May to the beginnings of November. Open in winter during Christmas holidays, during the week of carnival and on Weekends in the months January and February.

Our mountain hut is located on a sunny hill in the middle of unspoiled nature on the Alpe di Siusi at 2011 m altitude and can be easily reached in summer and winter. Try our different homemade dishes while enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the beautiful mountains of the Dolomites. We wish you unforgettable moments in an enchanting environment. The hut is reachable from Ortisei by the cablecar Alpe di Siusi and then on the footpath nr. 6 in approx. 20 minutes. From Compaccio you can reach the hut in 40 minutes walk.

The alpine hut Capanna Nera is ideal for those who want to be in close contact with the Dolomites and enjoy all the pleasures of a winter holiday. Located on the Pralongiaski slope not far from Corvara you find the alpine hut Capanna Nera. The hut can be easily reached with skis or in just a 10 minute walk from the car park of the Pralongiachairlift.

Our family has been running the inn at the valley station of the Plose cable car for more than 25 years. Here we offer our guests a wide selection of pizzas, both at lunchtime and in the evening, as well as typical dishes of South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. These range from the Stodlburger to Italian pasta dishes or the classic Zwiebelrostbraten to Kaiserschmarrn.

Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.
