The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. Indeed, our kitchen staff know how to impress food connoisseurs and continuously come up with new creations that can even surprise guests who return year after year.

The ski lodge Pfeifer Huisele, located directly at the top station of the Ladurns ski area, offers hot meals with South Tyrolean specialties such as dumpling dishes, Kaiserschmarrn and much more. The hut is a meeting point for young and old, to enjoy in-house grappa or hot special drinks in an exuberant mood.

It’s situated on 1765m right on the idyllic Lago Nero (Black Lake) and offers a great choice of regional dishes and seasonal specialties, rounded off by homemade cake and a good glass of Alto Adige wine

The Schgaguler Schwaige mountain hut, lying at 1905m near the mountain station of the Ortisei / Alpe di Siusi cable car, opened in 1991. The hut is easily reached regardless of the season, whether during a bike tour or hike in summer or as part of a ski tour or snowshoe hike in winter. The spacious terrace is perfect for an outdoor lunch and guests can head to the garden to relax and sunbathe in the deckchairs. There is a playground and a small petting zoo nearby, where rabbits, goats, ponies and even lamas look forward to a visit from the children. The rustic interior is in traditional rustic style and includes a Stube perfect for spending time in good company - often for longer than expected, especially in winter! Tasty homemade traditional South Tyrolean dishes are all freshly prepared using the farm’s own products. The Bacherhütte is an ideal finish after a calm hike with the family. Open from mid May to end of October and from the beginnings of Dicember to Easter. You can reach the Bacherhütte from the parking lot Gitschberg in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Visit us and enjoy our gastronomic specialties which are mostly made of products of own agriculture.

The Tirler hut in the middle of the Dolomites was awarded in 2009 as the most beautiful hut in South Tyrol. In addition to a varied selection of traditional dishes, the restaurant offers also gluten-free, lactose free and vegetarian food. You can reach us by ski, by toboggan or on a splendid walk. For the mountain bikers we have an e-Bike charging station. We would be delighted to welcome you in the Tirler Hut.

We pamper you with specialities from South Tyrolean cuisine and Mediterranean classics. We almost exclusively use regional ingredients and cook with so much love according to traditionali recipes.

Restaurant, Bar & Hofschank directly at the Speikboden skiing region. We serve local specialities and local dishes at an elevation of 1,350 m in the midst of the Speikboden skiing and hiking region with gorgeous views of the surrounding 3,000 m peaks. We offer fresh homegrown products; meat, fish (trout; please order in advance), vegetables, herbs, and jellies. Our restaurant Schüsslerhof is ideal for family celebrations, company festivities, and weddings. We will gladly reserve our restaurant for you. Group reservations can be arranged after regular business hours.

Hotel guests at the Urthaler Restaurant can enjoy delicious gourmet menus, speciality buffets and tasting sessions. It goes without saying that specific requirements, diets and nutritional habits can be catered for. And for those who want to be pampered culinary especially, we offer a la carte dining in the evening in our restaurant “Jägerstube”. On the restaurant bill 15 euros per person are credited to you.Try the treat of the slightly different cuisine - enjoy unique flavors and tastes that you find nowhere else.

The Pauli Hut is located on the slope “La Longia” from Seceda to Ortisei. You can reach us in 10 minutes from the valley station of the Seceda cable car. Grilled food and traditional South Tyrolean dishes till 4p.m. Après Ski.

The Enzian hut is an après-ski in the Speikboden ski area, with a 360 degree panorama.

At 1955 m above sea level, at the foot of King Laurin's kingdom, the Rosengarten, you will find our rustic alpine hut. The sun terrace invites hikers, climbers and bikers in summer and skiers, snowshoe hikers and ski tourers in winter to enjoy the overwhelming panorama and regional South Tyrolean dishes.

Our ski lodge in Ratschings, the Schistodl, is located directly on the valley run. For lunch we serve 30 different pizzas and delicious specialties from South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine. In winter, we offer you from 11 am to 18 clock throughout hot meals. In summer the Schitodl is closed.

The skilift in Terenten offers perfect skiing conditions and a stunning view of the surrounding landscape from early December to early March. The terrace of the skibar is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the wonderful winter atmosphere.

You get this and more while hiking in Val Gardena to the Curona Hut at the foot of the Geisler, in the realm of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE DOLOMITES. The quaint alpine Curona Hut invites you to relax in the sunshine and offers you an amazing view into the far reaches of the Dolomites. Enjoy a nourishing meal after an exciting or demanding excursion in our traditional alpine hut and let yourself be overcome by the smell of wood. We offer tasty dishes of local cuisine and snacks for in between and you can choose from a large selection of excellent wines. In winter the hut is ideally situated in the skiing area and directly on the downhill ski slope from Seceda to Ortisei, "La Longia". Our mountain hut is located on a sunny hill in the middle of unspoiled nature on the Alpe di Siusi at 2011 m altitude and can be easily reached in summer and winter. Try our different homemade dishes while enjoying the breathtaking panorama of the beautiful mountains of the Dolomites. We wish you unforgettable moments in an enchanting environment. The hut is reachable from Ortisei by the cablecar Alpe di Siusi and then on the footpath nr. 6 in approx. 20 minutes. From Compaccio you can reach the hut in 40 minutes walk.

Visit our mountain restaurant Rifugio Rudi and enjoy the stunning view as well as the great food. We serve Tyrolean specialties, dishes of game and of mushrooms and - not to be forgotten - home-made cakes. Right next to the Rifugio Rudi there is the starting point for the 5-km-long tobbogan run. In summer it is the starting point for many hikes, in winter the meeting point for many skiers with good mood and fun.
