Starting point: mountain station Ratschings-Jaufen (1.800m) The cable car Ratschings-Jaufen takes you from Bichl to the mountain station. From there you can hike along the Ratschinger Almenweg to the mountain pasture Wasserfalleralm. Here at the Rossalm, we know something about tastes and flavours, and here in our Alpine restaurant we give you the best of it all, from breakfast to dinner, to weddings and birthday parties with traditional South Tyrolean specialities, outstanding barbecues, and the odd high-class 5-course dinner once in a while. At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

Our new-builted chalet, located on 1,930m under the storied Rosengarden, is a perfect place for hikers, familys with children or for elderly. Enjoy self-made food on our terrace with a wonderful panorama. In July and August: every Tuesday is dumpling -day!

Right at the top station of the Plose cable car you find the Bergrestaurant Kreuztal. It is the ideal start for your trails and, at the same time, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the extraordinary panoramic view. Big childrens' play ground.

Only 30 minutes by foot from Obereggen (in winter on the mountain station of the cable car Ochsenweide). Typical cuisine and a sunny terrace are waiting for you! Hot food from 12.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

The Costamula Restaurant reflects the flavors of South Tyrol in an elegant harmony between tradition and modernity. Experience our local and refined cuisine in the exclusive ambiance of a historic farmhouse from 1608 in both winter and summer.

Hosts Michael, Anni and Max look forward to preparing refreshments for you in their traditional hut. The Rungger hut is situated on the outer edge of the Alpe di Siusi on hiking trail no. 5 below the Spitzbühl and next to the Spitzbühl slope.

Cosy hut serving South Tyrolean specialities The Tschon hut, situated next to the ski slope, serves typical plain fare. The legendary “Tschon Stoan” (a rock) is close by.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

The Para, a cabin in the typical Tyrolean style, is located 1970 m in the charming ski resort Superski Dolomites in Alta Badia, right on the Brancia, main track linking the towns of La Villa, San Cassiano and Corvara, and opposite the ski lift La Para, suitable for children and those who love engage in funny boardercross courses.

The Kanzel Hut is located at an altitude of 2,350 m, right next to the mountain station of the Kanzel cable car. This excellent location makes it a popular destination for hikers and mountain lovers. The Kanzel restaurant offers a diverse menu that ranges from classic dishes to delicious pasta variations and fresh salads. Particularly famous is the renowned Kaiserschmarrn, served here to perfection and a true delight for every palate. The bright, modern bar furnished with wood invites guests to linger and offers breathtaking views of Sulden and the impressive mountain world surrounding King Ortler. Here, you can unwind after an adventurous hike and fully enjoy the beauty of nature. The Kanzel Hut is easily accessible via hiking trails No. 5, 11, and 12. Alternatively, you can also conveniently reach the hut by the Kanzel or Rosim (open only in winter) cable car.

The mountain inn on Pfannspitze, right next to mountain Plose. Host Ossi welcomes you. Delicious plates and a wonderful view are waiting for you.

A unique place and a unique hut. Enjoy southtyrolian cusin, mediterranean plates and local meat from the grill in the elegant alpin restaurant. The right wine reccomanded by the sommelier.

Our hut is located on the Rittner Horn. It offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of South Tyrol. With the cable car you can reach us on cozy way of Pemmern! Hikers, bikers and riders can reach us on marked paths, steep, starting from Ritten, Barbian, Villanders or Sarn Valley. Every Wednesday from 18/12/2024 to 12/03/2025 until 10 pm. Every Wednesday from May to the end of August "Sunset Dinner" warm cuisine until 9 p.m. We have no day off in July, August and November.

The Sanon hut is one of the most original huts on the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm. Hosts Magdalena and Raffael look forward to your visit and to welcoming you to the Sanon hut. Enjoy the typical cosy South Tyrolean atmosphere and homemade dishes: the Sanon hut is easily accessible on foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn sleigh.

The Arnika hut on the Bullaccia/Puflatsch offers walkers, hikers and skiers a friendly place to stop for refreshment. A beautiful sun terrace, cosy inn and children’s playground all situated in the midst of either a sea of alpine flowers or a winter wonderland. NO service of return on the slopes for skiers.

Traditional cuisine next to Piculin and Piz da Plaies lifts. Easily reached by cable car, ideal departure point for snow-shoe hikes and strolls.

Sciurist Belpiano - the local at the valley station of the Belpiano cable car Regional delusions are served by friendly staff.

Hot food in the evening on prior request. Accessible by car. Starting point for excursions. On the Piz de Plaies slope (Kronplatz).

Mountain hut at the mountain station of the Piz La Ila cable car in La Villa. Candle light-dinner at 2.100mt. Snowcat transport, dance and entertainment with our DJ. Dinner on Wednesday and Saturday evening (by reservation), with the possibility to have dinner also on the other days (on specific request).

The area around the restaurant is ideal for mountain hikers, mountain bikers, ski enthusiasts and families. Here you can enjoy homemade South Tyrolean specialties.
