In urigen Skihütten kommen bodenständige Südtiroler Gerichte auf die Teller. Zubereitet vor allem mit hochwertigen regionalen Produkten versteht sich. Sie werden zu typischen Gerichten wie Schlutzkrapfen, Speckknödel und Apfelstrudel verarbeitet. Dazu ein gutes Glas Südtiroler Wein und das Geschmackserlebnis ist perfekt.

Our mountain hut was built in the year 2000, and you can find us on the red slope of San Cassiano (no. 12).
We prepare homemade local dishes, offer gluten-free options, and the traditional "Kaiserschmarrn."
We are accessible from the red slope of San Cassiano, the sledding track, as well by foot from San Cassiano in about an hour, starting from the valley station of Piz Sorega.
Once a week, we organize a dinner at the hut by reservation, with transport provided by snow cat.
On December 31st, we also organize a New Year's Eve dinner, again on reservation.
