Eppan an der Weinstaße/Appiano sulla Strada del Vino, Alto Adige Wine Road
We begin with a walk through the vineyards, where we explain what makes our sites unique and how we work in harmony with nature. In the winery, we show you the key steps of winemaking and give insight into our way of working.
Afterwards, we taste our wines together. We’ll talk about the differences between each wine, their origins, and what makes them special. It’s a great opportunity to experience our craft up close – right where the wine is made.
Taste 6 biodynamic wines while enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains, vineyards, and the city of Bolzano. During the tasting, our trained team will introduce you to our biodynamic way of working and the beginnings of South Tyrolean organic viticulture.
