The authentic wine experience for all senses takes place in the newly created wing of the Cantina Kurtatsch. During the visit, you will gain fascinating insights into the importance of terroir, the variety of Kurtatsch’s vineyard sites, and its unique wines. The educational TERROIR Experience will lead you into the new dolomite barrique cellar with its natural rock wall and conclude with a tasting of 5 wines from our TERROIR line. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 18 people. Please note that dogs are welcome in our wine shop and on the terrace, but for hygiene reasons they cannot take part in the guided tours. Südtirols Süden Card: If you are in possession of the “Südtirols Süden Card”, please indicate this in the appropriate field when booking. The discount will then be applied automatically. The indication that you hold the Guest Card must be made during the booking process, as the discount cannot be granted retrospectively. Children are very welcome to join the guided tour. Participation is free of charge for children up to 15 years old, while for teenagers aged 16 to 18 we charge €10 for the tour.

Immerse yourself in the world of Baron Longo. A walk through the biodynamically cultivated vineyards reveals the harmony between nature and winemaking – accompanied by our eleven Kune-Kune pigs, the small helpers who care for the vines. The path then leads to the late Baroque Baron Longo Palace, where architecture and wine meet in perfect balance. The visit concludes with a tasting of selected wines in the atmospheric Hall of the Barons.

Every Thursday, you are warmly invited to join us for an enjoyable guided tour of the winery and cellar. For a limited number of visitors, we open up the old, historic cellar located seven meters underground, providing you with unique insights into our daily work at the winery and much more... The tour is followed by a tasting session, featuring five wines from our portfolio. Reservations by Wednesday 5 p.m. Price per person: Euro 20.

What exactly is sustainable winegrowing? During a guided tour through the small vineyard, you learn about the ecology of vineyards. You gain an insight into how wine is produced sustainably, from planting and managing the vineyard to processing the grapes and reaching the final quality of the wine. The guided tour finishes with a wine tasting of Messnerhof wines. Duration: about 1.5 hours. Minimum number of participants: 6.

First, you will gain insight into the seasonal work processes and learn firsthand how the grape makes its way into the bottle. After a tour of the Gothic cellars dating back to the 14th century, various wines will be tasted with the cellar master in the new tasting room. The tour usually lasts 2 hours. A half-day journey through border territories, where the cultures of Trentino and South Tyrol meet among vineyards, historic villages and fine wines. The tour begins at a winery along the renowned Alto Adige Wine Road, where participants can discover the secrets of local winemaking and taste some of the region’s finest wines. A typical lunch follows in a local restaurant, featuring delicious dishes paired with selected wines for a complete and authentic food and wine experience. The itinerary continues into Trentino, through the Rotaliana Königsberg area, where guests will visit another winery and enjoy a guided tasting.
