Accessible by car from Tschars via “Tomberg” to parking lot 1 at “Schartegg” (1,487 m) and then on foot in 1 hour to the alp or from parking lot 2 (further ahead) and then on foot in 35 minutes. From Naturns by car to parking lot “Kreuzbrünnl” (1,580 m), then on foot via the “Almenweg”. From Tabland (647 m) on foot through the valley “Schleidertal”. The Wurzer Alm (1707 m) is a typical mountain pasture and is wonderfully situated in the middle of lush meadows. Stop off and eat well - marvel at the mountains - watch our animals - and relax!

The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Accessible by cable car, chairlift and a leisurely hike, the traditional inn awaits you after careful renovation, with a new sun terrace and cosy dining rooms. Chef David and his kitchen team prioritise good and above all local food and products. Passionate craftsmanship and South Tyrolean hospitality do the rest.

Original and cosy with food available all day. An „insider tip“ for all those who want to sit and enjoy nature and landscape with a nice meal and a glass of fresh alpine milk. The Kuhleiten hut is open during the whole summer and winter season and easily reachable for everyone on a comfortable hike from the upper ropeway station and the circulating cableway.

We serve hot food all day. Here on the alp we serve hearty treats and our own produce such as home-made alpine butter, home-smoked speck bacon and Kaminwurzen sausages, home-reared roast lamb, bacon and cheese dumplings and much more. Stay with us for a while on the sun terrace surrounded by animals and alpine flowers and enjoy a nice cappuccino and apple strudel with cream.

The Leadner Alm alpine hut lies in the centre of the hiking and relaxation area of the Tschoegglberg range, above the villages Hafling and Voeran. The alp has a large meadow where you can relax on the grass, and a toboggan run for children in winter. The mountain hiking trails are open also in winter.
