In our restaurant in Alta Badia you can taste several house specialties: from Ladin and rustic tastes to traditional Italian and international cuisine. While you are eating you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape through the windows of the restaurant. Almost all products and ingredients come from the area, and our seasonal dishes are prepared with fresh products from the local market. The offer is completed with a great selection of wines from our wine cellar. The restaurant is also ideal for business events, family celebrations and association meetings.

In winter: L'Murin après-ski is the ideal meeting place for those who, after a long day on the slopes, want to have fun with music, drinks, cocktails, and a lively party atmosphere. In summer: The highest brewery in all of Val Badia, offering over thirty selected craft beers, live music, and a range of snacks and sandwiches served until late at night.

Dreamlike scenery near Corvara, on the Pralongià slope The Capanna Nera hut is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the surroundings of Corvara, located on the Pralongià slope and close to the golf course. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In addition to picturesque views of the Dolomites, the Capanna Nera hut offers gastronomic delicacies from local, Italian and international traditions. Our sun terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in a magical setting.

Our mountain hut was built in the year 2000, and you can find us on the red slope of San Cassiano (no. 12). We prepare homemade local dishes, offer gluten-free options, and the traditional "Kaiserschmarrn." We are accessible from the red slope of San Cassiano, the sledding track, as well by foot from San Cassiano in about an hour, starting from the valley station of Piz Sorega. Once a week, we organize a dinner at the hut by reservation, with transport provided by snow cat. On December 31st, we also organize a New Year's Eve dinner, again on reservation. Our team will be pleased to be at your disposal to meet your needs in the best possible way. We are open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Para, a cabin in the typical Tyrolean style, is located 1970 m in the charming ski resort Superski Dolomites in Alta Badia, right on the Brancia, main track linking the towns of La Villa, San Cassiano and Corvara, and opposite the ski lift La Para, suitable for children and those who love engage in funny boardercross courses.

The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. Welcome to our restaurant in Corvara, Burjè 1968. Chef Nicola Laera, assisted by his staff, is a passionate cook. The basis of his dishes is the choice of raw materials of the highest quality, which are carefully sought among producers and suppliers who work with ethics and sustainability. The philosophy of the restaurant "Porcino" is inspired by the essence of the porcini mushroom. Like the precious mushroom, the restaurant wants to offer its guests a rare and precious culinary experience. The passion for cooking and the love for nature unite in every culinary creation, with careful handcrafting we use high quality ingredients for the dishes to make every guest happy and satisfied.

Typical South Tyrolean dishes and the best creations of Italian cuisine are served in the elegant restaurant whose walls tell the Ladin myths through the paintings of Prof. Roller.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.

In our cozy farmhouse inn or on the sunny terrace, you can enjoy the finest dishes of Ladin and Tyrolean cuisine. Our traditional dishes are based on excellent products from our agriculture and the region: dumplings with goulash, creamy soup from the Rit meadows, and tagliatelle with ragout are some of our specialties. Of course, we offer a wide range of wines and beers from South Tyrol cannot. Ütia Paraciora is a refuge located between the villages of Badia and La Villa and is a point of reference for those who want to stop for a bite to eat, a short break or to recharge their batteries. It's open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it. It's the ideal place to try some traditional or grilled dishes, but a good aperitif at sunset on the terrace, surrounded by greenery and with a view of the Dolomites, wouldn't be bad either, would it?
