During this guided tour of the museum, you will learn interesting facts about different types of rocks, animals and plants, and last but not least, about tourism and mountaineering in the Puez-Geisler Nature Park. ONLY GERMAN AND ITALIAN SPEAKING GUIDES Museum visit: An introductory film provides a comprehensive overview of the origin and nature of the minerals displayed in the museum. After a 2-minute ride by private car and a subsequent hike (approx. 20 minutes) you reach the excavation site, where you will search for Geodes of Teis under the expert supervision of a gatherer. Note: Due to Paul Fischnaller's advanced age, the excursion will be led by another experienced collector if required. Tools, helmet and a pair of safety goggles will be provided by the museum.
