As South Tyrol’s oldest speciality week , the Eisacktal Valley Fine Cuisine Festival stands for the quality and the traditions of South Tyrolean cuisine. During the 52st edition of this two-week gourmet festival, good food also meets innovation as traditional dishes are creatively reinterpreted and refined.
18 renowned Eisacktal valley businesses will demonstrate their skills and offer space to experience, taste and enjoy. The focus will be on the synergy between producers, restaurateurs and gourmets. Stop in, be part of the action, and try for yourself!
